Welcome to SPORTS CONVERSATION!
The hub of all sports conversation here at PSF! Enjoy!

We have just started the 2018 football season everyone!
First game of the year is done. The Atlanta Falcons beat the Philadelphia Eagles after a rain delayed game.
-
I was expecting the Eagles to win this, but both teams were pretty evenly matched here based on the score. 12-10. I just don't see Atlanta being all that great this year with Matt Ryan. There are many better quarterbacks right now in the league, but not all have a good team around them.
-
I thought the Eagles were going to win too. So good job for the Falcons on their win.
-
Looking forward to Sunday.
We also got baseball winding down too!
-
Tomorrow's the big BIG day. We got every game and a way to see every team and see how they do tomorrow. Sunday Football is here. :)
-
And we have now arrived to Sunday! Game day!!
-
Vikings it looks like will beat the 49ers.
Patriots will squeak by a win over the Texans.
Surprise!!! With three minutes to go, Tampa Bay Buccaneers are beating the New Orleans Saints!!! Who will win? Will Breez come back?
Ravens embarrassed the Bills. 47 to 3 with 4 mins left.
Steelers should beat the Browns with two minutes left.
Chiefs have a 7 point lead over the Chargers in the first quarter.
Games still to come are the Redskins vs. Cardinals.
Cowboys vs Panthers.
Seahawks vs. Broncos.
Bears vs. Packers.
And Monday night is...
Jets vs. Lions.
Rams vs. Raiders.
-
Overall, it was good first week in my mind. Now waiting on Monday. Lets go Lions and Rams!
-
NFL ratings were up 6% this year over last's year first week.
Source (http://adage.com/article/media/dallas-cowboys-nfl-ratings-declines/311145/).
-
Been a weird season. No one in the NFC seems to be dominate except the LA Rams right now. Even the Rams barely won by pure luck against the Seahawks last week.
-
Football Sunday. :) Lots of big games again this week.
Anyone watch the MLB playoffs?
-
Any guesses on who the Super Bowl final two will be?
-
Kansas City vs. LA Rams.
-
I think it will be New England vs the LA Rams.
-
We're just about to find out tomorrow. :) It's gonna be great.
-
Whether you hate him or love him.... HE'S BAAAACCCCK.
The Super Bowl will be LA Rams vs the New England Patriots!!!!
-
All his naysayers didn't want to believe he'd be back.
Theoretically, if Brady wins or loses... will he retire? Would it be a good time to retire? Will the coach retire too? Or does Brady feel he can keep going. He truly has nothing to prove at this point. He's dominated football for roughly 15 years... deflate gate or not. ;)
-
That video makes me want to ... .AAHHHHH!!!! But he is great and.... eeerrrggghhh.... congrats to them.
-
A very defensive heavy and low scoring game. Congrats to the New England Patriots for pulling off the few moves needed for this victory that really could have gone to either team. The Los Angeles Rams weren't doing much offensively, but their defense was reigning kings. It was an intense, old fashioned defensive battle.
-
It wasn't the most entertaining game because of the defensive battle, but if you like that stuff, it was awesome! Congrats to the Patriots.
-
I like defensive games so I found it entertaining. It was a hard fought battle and with as poorly as the Ram's were doing offensively, up until the end, they were in the game the entire time. It was pretty close.
-
I enjoyed it too. Watched all of it and skipped the halftime show as I always do.
-
You can't deny how good Brady is with that team. I am not bashing them for their accomplishments. But you also gotta wonder.... What of they were not in their division. Look at the poor teams they beat each year. You got Buffalo, Miami, etc. Not great teams by any stretch. They can win it easily every time. Now look at a more competitive group like the NFC West which has had all their diff teams in the Super Bowl in the past eight years because they are competitive with one another. If New England was in a tougher division would they still be in the Super Bowl as much?
-
Denny Hamlin won the Daytona 500.
-
TIGER WOODS WINS 15!!!!! What an awesome Master's!!!!
-
TIGER STRIKE! What a great event, I agree!
-
Seattle Sounders beat Toronto FC for the MLS Championship!!!
Source (https://komonews.com/news/local/i-can-barely-sleep-sounders-fans-stoked-for-mls-cup)
Exciting game!
-
Never really watched soccer, but congrats to em! That's awesome.

BEST FOOTBALL GAME I HAVE EVER SEEN! OMG!
Monday Night Football. Seahawks vs. 49ers! Truly the best game I've EVER SEEN. So close the whole way. Undefeated 49ers, 7-2 Seahawks. Seahawks come in in overtime and beat the 49ERS IN the most INCREDIBLE game ever! Amazing!!!
-
WOOOO!!!! I was on the edge of my seat! What a game! Better than any playoff or Super Bowl I've ever seen! That was the definition of a perfect football match!
-
Oh my gosh!!! I totally agree man! Past midnight on the east coast but so worth it! Amazing!
-
Did you F-ing see that game?! LOL! Oh wow! It was ridiculous!
-
Hands down the best game I've ever seen. No question.
-
It was freaking lit. What an amazing game!
-
It was back and forth! Truly the best of the best fighting for a win. And a huge rivalry between Seattle and San Francisco.
Seattle must be feeling good up in the Pacific Northwest. Their soccer team wins the MLS Championship on Monday then the Seahawks win on Monday in a huge season defining game.
-
Hahahaha! I'm just overwhelmed with every emotion in the world! What a stunner!
-
I really thought 49ers were going to win, but in my head, I knew if anyone could defeat the undefeated it would be Russell Wilson and the Seattle Seahawks!
-
It's funny we all came here after the game to saw this.
-
Got no where else to go. I figured someone else would be watching it.
-
Oh my gosh, did you see that game?!?!?!!?!? :O
-
Yes we did, lol!
-
That's why we're here Rainy. It was the best game ever.
-
Oh it totally was the best football game I've ever seen. This will be talked about forever!
-
What a rivalry between those two teams! How cool!
-
Well thats it. What a game! So who did you all think would win originally?
I was rooting for the Seahawks, but thought the 49ers would win.
-
I picked the Seahawks.
-
I thought 49ers.
-
I thought San Francisco was going to win it.
-
Undefeated team, DEFEATED by that juggernaut, Seattle! How awesome.
-
It was awesome! Wow. We're all here now for this, lol!
-
Well I got work, it's past midnight. Gotta go! But what an amazing game! Night!
-
Yep, night!
-
Crazy great game! Definitely the best I've ever seen too.
-
It was crazy. It was back and forth the whole night. How many leaders was there? Haha! Loved it.
Aight, night guys.
-
Good night to you all.
-
Good night!
-
I just missed you guys, but that MNF game was flipping crazy. It was on a whole different level of sports game! I agree with you guys. Best sports game of ANY sport I've ever seen!
-
eeeeehhhh sports. I tried to get into them when I was younger but they never grabbed me in the long run

Today is the final NASCAR race of the season. Four drivers fighting for the Championship at Florida.
Martin Truex Jr, Kyle Busch, Kevin Harvick, and Denny Hamlin. We'll see who wins it all.

Kyle Busch won it all.
-
Darn it! The Texans beat the Colts last night in TNF.
-
Ravens destroyed the Rams on MNF! 45 -6
WOW! When did the Ravens get so good and the Rams deflate so quick?
-
Well we better start talking about it.
THE XFL starts in February 2020.
The uniforms will be revealed soon but the uniforms were shown to the team coaches. This is their reactions.

Sadly after 30 years, the Arena Football League has declared bankruptcy and is ceasing all operations.

In other news, XFL will reveal jerseys tomorrow.
-
I've been waiting to see this release. When is it? It's today but nothing's been revealed.

I've been waiting to see this release. When is it? It's today but nothing's been revealed.
It was revealed later in the day. Scroll down and you can see several of the uniform reveals.
https://www.xfl.com/en-US/articles/around-the-xfl-terrance-williams-cardale-jones
They still have yet to reveal two of the most anticipated team jerseys. One is the Seattle Dragons (which will be in a big event) and the other is the Los Angeles Wildcats.
-
All of them have been revealed now. Ending with the Seattle Dragons and LA Wildcats!
I think most of the designs are extremely good.
-
I was rooting for the Buffalo Bills to beat the Baltimore Ravens today, lol. Didn't happen.
As for the XFL uniforms, they all look pretty good for the most part.
-
That SF and NO game was great too!
-
Oh yeah, that game was superb! Nonstop action for sure! A real game of touchdowns!

-
And we have cut down to a smaller group in the playoffs of the NFL.
Who do people think will be the final two?
I was shocked New England lost and New Orleans lost. The other two I expected.
-
The XFL has introduced some interesting new changes to the rule, some of which I think are much better than the NFL.
Rule Changes (https://www.xfl.com/rules?utm_source=xfl&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=xfl-rules&utm_content=league&mc_cid=546d6331d0&mc_eid=c80ce63742#44d2f4aa43fa9319ece6763a)
-
We already got a upset victory! The Tennessee Titans beat out the Baltimore Ravens. Everyone thought the Ravens were going to make it to the end.
Right now the Texans are upsetting Kansas City... we'll see if that lasts?
Seahawks vs. Green Bay tonight!
-
Kansas City came back and destroyed Houston.
Right now Green Bay is beating Seattle.
-
I was hoping Green Bay would lose today. Rogers irks me. But it doesn't look like that is going to happen.
I also was hoping for Houston to make an upset victory against Kansas City. Would be so weird to see either Houston or Titans fight for the Super Bowl spot in the AFC. Then to have a classic Seattle vs. San Fran for the NFC. :)
It's nice not having New England here. Wonder where Tom Brady will go in 2020? CFL? XFL?
-
Very close final divisional game. Seattle came back to within only five points of Green Bay but the defense just couldn't hold them for a 1st down and Green Bay wins it just by doing knee downs. :-\ Darn. Didn't want GB in.
-
The Super Bowl comes down to San Fran 49ers and the Kansas City Chiefs. Should be a fun high scoring game... or a low scoring defense battle.

^ That is too bad to read about. :( Thats sad.
-
He was one of the key players in NBA history for sure. It is too bad he and his daughter had to go out like that.
-
SUPER BOWL STARTS in one half hour.
-
We are at 10-10 halftime.
-
Kansas City Chiefs beat the San Francisco 49ers. 31 to 20.
-
XFL started today. First game was the Washington Defenders vs. the underdog Seattle Dragons. Seattle scored the first touchdown and got the first sack. Washington DC did the very first score (which was a field goal). DC eventually won due to several mistakes Seattle kept doing to themselves. They had three turnovers, but honestly, Seattle looked like the better team. If they hadn't have had those mistakes, Seattle played better.
How was the first game of this brand new football league?
Really exciting! It was close and neck and neck all the way up until the very end when DC got two scores and won 31 to 19. The playing was intense, fast, and professional. I love them any new tweaks the XFL included such as allowing us to hear the play calls from players and coaches, as well as on-field interviews during the game. Listening and watching how the plays were reviewed and called was nice as it was so transparent. I would definately say it was a lot of fun and didn't seem like any step back from the NFL. These players WANT to play good and for many, this is their biggest step in their career. Everyone seemed happy, humble, and overjoyed to play.
What will this mean for the XFL in the future? If this first game is any sign, it might be very good.
I am watching game two with the Houston Roughnecks vs. the Los Angeles Wildcats. So far this is just as good a game and very close! Call me intrigued.
-
I must admit, so far the XFL is a great product and a great game! I have been hooked and am watching both inaugural games.
-
I actually watched a little bit of the Los Angeles and Houston game believe it or not, lol.
By the time I saw it, Houston was putting a walloping on LA. Ouch... more poor home team!
-
I am finding it a very compelling product so far. New York Guardians though are candidly destroying the Tampa Bay Vipers this morning.

The first bit of XFL tv ratings are in. Hopefully more will follow. Article (https://bleacherreport.com/articles/2875609-xfl-ratings-revealed-for-cardale-jones-dc-vs-brandon-silvers-seattle-opener)
The XFL had a promising start to its first weekend, including averaging 3.3 million viewers for its kickoff game Saturday night between the D.C. Defenders and Seattle Dragons. The most people watching came from the Seattle market with a total of 6.4 million. Second was strangely Cleveland, then Columbus, Kansas City, then Washington DC.
The big market from Seattle isn't a surprise considering the city's involvement and that it's home to the NFL's Seahawks. Those fans saw quarterback Brandon Silvers throw three touchdowns with two interceptions in a 31-19 loss.
Interestingly, Cleveland and Cincinnati, two cities without an XFL franchise, produced high ratings. Those fans were no doubt tuning in to see former Ohio State quarterback Cardale Jones play for the Defenders.
4 million were tuned in for the final quarter hour of the contest won by the Defenders.
Actual attendance in person at all four games in the inaugural weekend topped 17,000 at all four venues.
It is also said that the Seattle teams merchandise has sold out, unlike other teams which still have product. It's so popular in Seattle that the home opening game had to re-sell tickets as they expanded the seating at Century Link Field to allow more people in! So that's a good sign.
Edit: Just in, we got tv ratings for the second game between the Houston Roughnecks and the LA Wildcats. Looks like the sports fans in Los Angeles are going to be a hard sell for this league. They didn't even make it in the top five in viewers. Instead the top watching cities were Houston, St. Louis, Tampa bay, Dallas, Atlanta, and Kansas City with Seattle behind that. The second game didn't get as high a ratings as the first game between Seattle and DC. 2.3 million average.
-
Normal NFL games during the day and evening (not SNF, MNF, or TNF included) tend to vary from 8 million to 25 million depending on the market and what not.
So I think the XFL getting around 4 million is pretty good!

NASCAR driver Ryan Newman is in stable condition after that horrific crash on the last lap of the Daytona 500. He was leading the race on the front straight when he was spun around by the competitors behind him. His car flipped and exploded into flames sliding across the finish line on it's roof in fourth place.
The President, who was also the Gran Marshal of the event, tweeted out he was praying for veteran driver Ryan Newman. We can only hope and pray he continues to heal.

XFL Week 2.
Article (https://thespun.com/xfl/xfl-tv-ratings-espn-abc-week-2-schedule)
XFL saw a slight tv ratings dip but was expected. It stood strong and made the networks happy hovering around 3 million. As well attendance at the games grew, including the record attendance at Seattle's Century Link Field for Seattle Dragons fans who saw their new home team beat the Tampa Bay Vipers. That game had nearly 30,000 people in attendance which is an XFL record.
Internals from the XFL are continuing to praise how strong the fanbase is in Seattle in support for their team and the league... and how beleaguered it is in Los Angeles drawing in the lowest tv ratings and attendance (despite being the second biggest city in the country).
-
Thank God.
Ryan Newman treated, released from hospital
Article (https://www.nascar.com/news-media/2020/02/19/ryan-newman-treated-released-from-hospital/)
Ryan Newman has been treated and released from Halifax Medical Center, according to the Roush-Fenway's official Twitter account.
He had been hospitalized with non-life threatening injuries after a wreck at the finish of Monday’s Daytona 500.
Earlier Wednesday, the team announced that Newman “continued to show great improvement.” According to Roush Fenway, Newman was joking with staff members, friends and family while playing with his two daughters.
Hours later, he was officially released.
It is unknown if he will race the next week or race at all this season.

Some weird scores in the XFL today. Unexpected teams did win.

Well there goes sports. Better to over prepare then to be worse in the future.

-
There is literally no sports to watch or listen too.... wow.
-
This is kind of fun and different.
So last week when NASCAR announced they would stop races due to the virus, they also announced during their normal race tv schedule they would instead hold E-NASCAR events on iRacing. Real Cup drivers from all the top NASCAR leagues as well as online racers will compete in a full length race and it will be televised with hosts. Good job by NASCAR here to also promote the online racers and their racers and still have fun.
The event will begin on FS1 at 1:30pm EST (https://www.nascar.com/news-media/2020/03/19/fox-sports-to-televise-enascar-iracing-pro-series-invitational-opener-on-fs1/).

I was flipping through some sports channels the other day. They are all bunched together on my tv provider and noticed they are all playing old games from last year, historic games, and stuff like that. I somehow ended up on the GOLF Network and watched some golf game from 1974 for a bit. It was so funny seeing how they dress and the announcer talk.

That is part of the puzzle to be a good team. But they have to really work on the rest of that Bucs team. I don't know what to expect from them yet. Also Brady is another year older...
-
Finally some new sports news. NASCAR says they will be back May 17 without fans. To catch up, they will somehow do seven races in 10 days? There is no way that can be healthy for the drivers. But so far drivers are very excited as are fans.
NASCAR will eliminate practice for all events between May 17-27, as well as qualifying for all events except the Coca-Cola 600. Each event will be a one-day show.

I really hope it returns too.

NBA is working on talks on how to start up the season moving forward. NFL is in place.
Looks like some things may get back to some semblance of normality. But how they will limit crowds is still waiting word. Not to mention that second wave...

As XFL sale approaches, ABC/ESPN and FOX seek revised TV deals
Next week, potential buyers of the XFL will be required to place bids. And the league’s existing TV deals give the XFL more value.
According to Daniel Kaplan of TheAthletic.com, ABC/ESPN and FOX are looking to revise those contracts.
FOX, per Kaplan, is negotiating with Alpha Entertainment, current owner of the XFL, regarding the FOX deal. ABC/ESPN are trying to get out via the court system.
The argument advanced by the Disney-owned entitles arises from the notion that the company chose to do business Vince McMahon, not whoever buys the XFL from McMahon.
The XFL generated solid TV ratings before the pandemic, and in theory the XFL could thrive in the spring — unless college football gets moved to the same months. Regardless, the XFL’s TV deals add to the value of the asset. If ABC/ESPN or FOX can avoid or reduce their commitments, the potential price for the XFL will surely drop.

COLLEGE FOOTBALL : GROUP OF PAC-12 PLAYERS LISTS DEMANDS
Article (https://www.foxsports.com/stories/college-football/group-of-pac-12-players-lists-demands)
Sunday, a group of Pac-12 football players publicly released a letter in The Player's Tribune with a list of demands, threatening to opt out of practices and games unless their concerns are met.
The group is headed by 12 players, with athletes from every school except Utah, Colorado and USC signing the letter. Those involved include Oregon safety Jevon Holland, a prospective first-round pick, and Washington linebacker Joe Tryon, a 2020 preseason All-American.
In a press release Sunday, the group said it includes, "hundreds of Pac-12 football players throughout our conference who are very concerned with the risks COVID-19 poses to our personal health and the health of our families and communities."
The athletes' demands include health and safety protections; the elimination of what the players view as excessive expenses to preserve all sports; helping put an end to racial injustice; name, image and likeness rights and representation; and a profit-sharing agreement where 50% of each sport’s conference revenue would be distributed evenly among athletes in their respective sport.
The group issued a call for Pac-12 commissioner Larry Scott, coaches and college administrators to voluntarily reduce their pay. Scott, the highest-paid college commissioner in the nation, earns $5.3 million annually – but due to the pandemic, recently took a 12% pay cut.
The letter also calls for an end to "lavish facility expenditures"; Oregon opened a $68 million, 130,000 square-foot space in 2013 that was privately funded by Nike chairman Phil Knight, for example, as many teams have turned to these incredible facilities to help attract recruits.
The letter asks for the conference to direct 2% of conference revenue to support financial aid for low-income Black students, development programs for athletes on campus and community initiatives. It also outlines an annual Pac-12 Black College Athlete Summit with at least three representatives from each school in attendance.
Finally, the group requests a one-time transfer opportunity without limitations and an unrestricted transfer in special cases, as well as the option of returning to school with eligibility if they go undrafted and decide against going pro within seven days of the draft.
Several players spoke with Sports Illustrated following the publication of the letter, explaining they felt their power came from unifying their voices.
Washington's Tryon and fullback Ty Jones also issued statements, focusing on making a better future for student-athletes and the safety of players.
On Friday, the Pac-12 announced its 10-game, conference-only football schedule, beginning no earlier than Sept. 26.

NHL: DUMBA BECOMES FIRST NHL PLAYER TO KNEEL
Article (https://www.foxsports.com/stories/nhl/dumba-becomes-first-nhl-player-to-kneel)
Matt Dumba is the first NHL player to kneel in demonstration during the anthem of the United States. The Canadian defenseman stood during the Canadian national anthem.
Minnesota Wild defenseman Matt Dumba started the NHL's Western Conference playoffs with a speech against racial injustice on Saturday, then took a knee during the national anthem as players from the Edmonton Oilers and Chicago Blackhawks stood around him.
The NHL officially resumed play Saturday in Toronto and Edmonton, the two neutral-site hub cities chosen due to the coronavirus pandemic, by going straight into the postseason.
The opening game of the best-of-five first round series between the Oilers and Blackhawks began with a pregame ceremony honoring front-line workers and those standing up in the fight against racism.
Dumba entered the rink in a sweatshirt promoting the Hockey Diversity Alliance, an organization started this year by players to promote social justice and racial equality in the sport, before delivering his speech.
Dumba then kneeled at center ice on while fellow Black players Malcolm Subban of Chicago and Darnell Nurse of Edmonton stood with a hand on each of his shoulders.
In early June, the defenseman launched Rebuild Minnesota, an organization dedicated to giving back to the community.
He has also promised to match up to $100,000 in donations to rebuild the area of Minneapolis destroyed by unrest following George Floyd's death.
-
I'm really rooting for the XFL coming back. All these other sports are shooting themselves in the foot by introducing politics into them.
-
A bunch of exciting and interesting XFL news today. But first....

Should XFL Start This Fall? (https://www.si.com/college/georgia/news/xfl-bubble-could-change-football) (NO!)
XFL Video Game Was Just About To Be Made Before Coronavirus Ruined It's Chances (https://www.golfdigest.com/story/xfl-video-game-coronavirus)
-
Football is back. Lots of changes this year.
-
I'm watching it a little bit. Mainly listen to football on the radio. I've gotten so fed up with pretty much every sport trying to be social justice warriors now. I've really lost interest.
-
^ Same. But there has been some good games. I watched some recaps. But not supporting them by watching live tv.
-
Another week of good games so far in the NFL. It's weird not seeing fans, but the pumped in fan noise actually makes it seem quite normal.
-
The XFL plans to comeback in 2022 under new ownership! More details eventually, but this is good and exciting news!
-
^ I'm happy again. :)

Son of famous NASCAR champion, Bill Elliott won his first NASCAR Cup today. Chase Elliott won the 2020 NASCAR Cup Season in a very close battle with four others. two of which were champions from previous years. (https://www.nascar.com/news-media/2020/11/08/chase-elliott-wins-2020-nascar-cup-series-championship/)
-
Ah good to hear! I remember when he first started. Well good for the new kid!
-
Green Bay vs Tampa Bay today. Should be good. Two greats, Tom Brady vs. Aaron Rodgers.
-
I know way to many people who hate Brady; I'm not one of them... I'm just happy to see two veterans go head to head. I haven't watched any foot ball this year, might make an exception for this game.
-
The game is actually on Sunday.
You also have Kansas City vs. Buffalo on Sunday. I am rooting for the HUGE underdog in the Buffalo Bills and Josh Allen.
Pretty much all the "historic" greats have been in the playoffs this year minus maybe Ben Roethlisberger since he wasn't in it.
But we have Tom Brady vs. Drew Brees. We now have Aaron Rodgers vs. Brady coming up too in the NFC Playoff game.
There was also the great Russel Wilson having a terrific year and winning their division. Also the exciting year for the Cleveland Browns led by Baker Mayfield. What a surprising year to see them go so far. You also had Philip Rivers make a playoff run with his new team, the Indy Colts.
Then we have the new guard coming if Mahomes and Allen in the AFC playoff game on Sunday.
It's going to be an exciting playoffs to an admittedly very exciting year of football.
-
Of all the quarterbacks in it right now, I think Rodgers has the most pressure to do something here. He has one title, but has lost many times in the playoffs. Rodger's hasn't gotten Green Bay back to the Super Bowl in a long time and has only been there once.
Brady has been so successful he doesn't have to prove anything anymore. He got a new team in his first year to the playoffs. Thats amazing.
Mahomes did great all year and is now injured. No one expects him to perform great now with the injury and having won the Super Bowl last year. Repeat winners are rare.
Josh Allen and the Bills have already exceeded all expectations to get where they are. Anywhere they place now, Buffalo will be thrilled.
-
In a rather surprising upset, Green Bay lost to Tampa Bay.
That further cements how stunningly amazing Tom Brady is to do this with a totally different team IN HIS FIRST YEAR. He and his team will be going to the Super Bowl to take on the Kansas City Chiefs.
KC beat the Buffalo Bills in an admittedly one sided game. I feel bad for Buffalo but I hope they can continue to do well after this.
Mahomes at the moments looks like he will be a future "Brady-esque" winner in this league.
So who will win the Super Bowl? A seasoned veteran of the past generation or a young gun of the new generation?
-
TOM BRADY and the TAMPA BAY BUCANEERS win the SUPER BOWL. Congrats. Tom Brady is truly the greatest Quarterback of all time. Amazing how he did this at age 43.
-
He's the BEST AROUND! And he looks GOOD for 43!
-
And he looks GOOD for 43!
Yes. YES HE DOES.
But that Kansas City kid will be around a long time to win many more. It might be good he lost this time to show him things aren't just super easy to get. This way he has drive for the future to compete still. Patrick Mahomes I am talking about.
-

You actually bring up a great point, FoxTail. Seems the guys in this topic don't talk about the biggest sporting even in the year, lol. Yeah, Mahomes will now have faced some "adversity" if you will. They played good all season, but now they have a reason to try even harder next year.
It's crazy this was his first ever loss by double digits. He didn't even score a touchdown.
Tom Brady's being a veteran and his team being clutch and playing great all at once made them succeed.
-
The Chiefs faltered and the Buccaneers dominated the game because of that. Brady is still playing at a high level, along with his offense giving him what he needs to succeed, same can be said about the defense as well. All around strong team and one of the best QBs in the league.
-
Uuuuuhhhhhh.......is that really a good idea, Tom?
-
Let's face it, they're paid to say that by Disney. lol
-
Oh I know that. But still in this time you’d think they’d think of something else to say.
-
Well the only alternative is to scream, I'm going home to watch Disney plus, sadly that won't keep the parks up and running. It doesn't bother me, because I really want things to go back to normal, because I enjoy going to places like Busch Gardens and Six Flags.
-
Great job by Brady and the team. They all stepped it up. Gronk was great, so was Fournette. But let's also mention the Bucs DEFENSE. They absolutely SHUT DOWN Kansas City. KC had no answers for them and KC's coaches were out-coached. The Bucs DEFENSE allowed Brady and the boys to score points. The Defense won this Super Bowl, but everyone keeps getting blindsided and thinks it's only Brady. It was the whole team and Defense allowed them to get so far ahead.
Don't forget, KC was a stellar team throughout the year. They were absolutely immobilized.
-
Tampa's Defense was stellar. They really did an awesome job, similar to how KC's defense was stellar the year before.
-
KC got owned. Pretty simple. They weren't prepared to match up for TB.
-
So baseball season is gonna start up soon.
-
Yes it is. Practice has begun.
But the real news is in the NFL off season. Some major shakeups. Houston Texans imploding... Carson Wenz to Indy. Stafford to LA Rams.
-
Ryan Blaney won the NASCAR Race at Atlanta today... but the wild thing is next week.
They race at a fan-favorite track, Bristol. But here is the kicker. For the first time in 60 years, the NASCAR Cup Drivers will be racing on a dirt track! So this will be a very exciting and different event. Sure to draw in big ratings.
-
That will be interesting. I am going to tune in to see how that goes.
-
Dirt racing? With those modern cars? I'd tune in to see that.
-
Looking forward to seeing what the MLB will do this season. Check out some of the new players for teams. I hope it's a good year for baseball.
-
That will be interesting. I am going to tune in to see how that goes.
They had practice today, here are some highlights. So weird to see those cars physically drifting.
-
NASCAR is running into some trouble again with mother nature. So their biggest event of the year, the DAYTONA 500 was rained out and had to be raced the following Monday.
So at Bristol in the dirt, they tried to get the Camping World Truck series a go...
And there was issues. Rain had caused the track to become mud and it completely blocked the vents for air to get to the engines, and more importantly, blocked the windows for the drivers.
NASCAR Cup heats were RAINED OUT.... and the forecast now shows rain all day Sunday which would also rain out the NASCAR events. Even if it stopped raining, the track will be a muddy mess now.
Poor NASCAR cannot catch a break. When it isn't raining on their events, they've had one of the more exciting seasons with more new drivers winning for the first time in a long time.
-
Monsoon rains have cancelled the race for Sunday. The CUP car and Truck series will try to race Monday. The second biggest event of the season with tons of promotion is rained out. I feel bad for NASCAR here. It would have made awesome racing and now most people will miss it if it's on tv on Monday. RATINGS would have been really high, now they won't.
-
The track practically flooded. Here is the latest report.
-
Joey Logano won a very exciting delayed Bristol dirt race. It was intense racing and was good throughout. NASCAR comes back after one week off for Easter to the equally exciting track of Martinsville! Super small, high speed track!

Them ore and more MLB has been pushing politics, the less and less I am interested. First it was the NBA, then the NFL and now MLB. Don't these leagues realize people watch sports to get away from the world and politics? Keep politics out! :P Losing interest fast in these major leagues.
I am left with NASCAR as the last major sport and a bunch of smaller leagues for my sporting enjoyment. I wonder what ping pong is up too?
-
^ Agreed. Keep sports out of politics and politics out of sports.
-
I COULDN'T agree more gents.

It's official. There are now 32 NHL teams! The Seattle Kraken begin play later this year.
Seattle Kraken officially join NHL as league's 32nd team
Article (https://www.q13fox.com/sports/seattle-kraken-officially-join-nhl-as-leagues-32nd-team)
Release the Kraken! The Seattle Kraken officially became the 32nd team in the National Hockey League on Friday.
The NHL announced that the Kraken ownership group completed its acquisition of the expansion team and officially joined the league.
"On behalf of the Board of Governors, I am delighted to officially welcome the Seattle Kraken to the NHL as our 32nd Member Club," Commissioner Gary Bettman said. "Congratulations to David Bonderman, the Bonderman Family, their partners, the entire Seattle Kraken organization, the city of Seattle and Kraken fans as the Club continues on its exciting journey towards puck drop in October."
The team wrote on Twitter: "Today marks a HUGE moment in our club’s history: we have officially completed the process of joining the National Hockey League. To our fans, ownership group, partners and the @NHL - thank you. We couldn’t have done it without you."
The Kraken will join the Pacific Division in the Western Conference starting in the 2021-22 season, along with Anaheim, Calgary, Edmonton, Los Angeles, San Jose, Vancouver and Vegas. The Arizona moves to the Central Division.
The NHL first announced Seattle was approved for a new franchise in December of 2018, paying a $650-million expansion fee to join.
General manager Ron Francis has been able to talk to colleagues around the league, and he and his staff have been scouting and planning for the expansion draft July 21. The final payment by ownership allows him to make official transactions, such as signing college free agents.
The team will play at Climate Pledge Arena, formerly KeyArena, which is undergoing a major renovation. The Kraken training facility is being built at Northgate in Seattle.
-
Big news as well, NASCAR will reveal their NEXT GEN race car tomorrow on May 5. It's supposed to be one of the most advanced race cars ever built.

And the Next Generation cars for NASCAR have been revealed.

They are good looking cars. They look more like their real car counterparts in some aspects. I like the real rims too. Wish Dodge was there with a Charger or Challenger.
-
It will be interesting to see how they actually race. :D Hope it makes for some great racing. The current cars are pretty good.

So... OLYMPICS.
Anyone watching the Tokyo 2020/2021 games a little bit?
I know there's been a bunch of uproar and they are having a monsoon that is cancelling games today... unfortunately for Japan, the Games is a disaster this year due to no real fault of their own. Lots of lost money and attention.
But lets focus on the sport aspect. :D
-
Yeah, the sport aspect.... it's sad how everyone is focusing on everything else but the sport aspect. It doesn't help that many athletes make it political.
But to those who don't, there have been some good matches so far. I wanted a little basketball, rugby, swimming, and softball and some of those gymnasts. Like, WOW. It's amazing how much strength they have to balance on those poles and things.
-
The MLB Field of Dreams game was awesome and a ratings success. Most watched baseball game in over 16 years.
-
It was a very enjoyable game. I didn't expect the White Sox to lose a lead to the Yankee's in the ninth, just for the White Sox to win again by a homer. What an excellent game.
-
I saw the beginning and the end of the game. It was really nicely done.
-
The start of the regular NFL season is here and fans are in the stands. Who will you be watching?
The Buffalo Bill's kick off is in 17 minutes against the Steelers GO BILLS!!!!!!!!!!!
-
FOOTBAAAAAALLLL! Besides yard work, it's all I've been doing today.
I'm rooting for a lot of teams. Lets see... lots of underdog teams too.
Seattle Seahawks!!!!!!!!!
Denver Broncos!!!
Buffalo Bills!!!!!
Miami Dolphins!!!
Cleveland Browns!!!
New Orleans Saints!!!!!
Indianapolis Colts!!!!!!
Arizona Cardinals!!!
Tennessee Titans!!!
Los Angeles Chargers!!!!!!!
-
Football season has just kicked off!!!! Officially it's first Sunday games! BOOOM!
-
Should be a fun season. The Thursday night game was off to a great start. Lots of random and unexpected winners so far in this first weekend of NFL.
-

I'm rotting for the Seattle Seahawks and the mighty 12th fan!
-
Flemishcap (once again what a great screen name ;D) I wouldn't have thought of the Bills as an under dog after last season but they really broke my heart today :(
-
The Monday Night Football game was also quite good. Came down to the wire in Overtime too!
-
Yeah, it was a good week of football overall. :D Good to have it back. The off-season always seems too long.

So this Thursday, lets hear your picks. We got two losing teams... the New York Giants vs the Washington Football Team? Who do you all pick?

I'm going with the Washington Football Team between these two.

No Problem Darrin, I didn't know there was an original post :-].
I'm true to my Bills, there up 14 to 0 against the Dolphins. "Nobody Circles the Wagons like the Buffalo Bills"

Lot's of games today. We will start figuring out by week two and three which teams are legit and who got lucky. ;D

The FBI says it's nothing. It was a rope tied as a loop to pull a garage door down. There is photographic evidence from the previous year of the same garage stall and many other garages had the same loop tie to pull down a garage door....
Oh, hell. Next someone will claim dog leashes are actually nooses for pets and that everyone who walks their dog on one is a Michael Vick-in-the-making.

Although I admit this photo could conceivably be taken out of context by one of my enemies. "Puppy torture. Oh no!" ::)
So... Super Bowl 2013: halftime blackout scandal (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Super_Bowl_XLVII#Power_outage). Super Bowl 2014: scandal erupts over Tom Brady's saggy balls (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Deflategate). Super Bowl 2015: still reeling over that one nearly 16 months later; by then I've exhausted all my best "balls" jokes. Super Bowl 2016: Beyonce's BLM support winds her up deep in b.m. (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Super_Bowl_50_halftime_show#Controversy) (not literally). Super Bowl 2017: minor controversies over the choice of Houston as host city (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Super_Bowl_LI#Proposition_1_controversy), a beer spot (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Super_Bowl_LI#Advertising), and Lady Gaga (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Super_Bowl_LI_halftime_show) (I knew the precedings were already frigged when I first heard she was doing the halftime show extravaganza). Next three years-- Justin Timberlake plays it safe, with no "nip slip (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Super_Bowl_XXXVIII_halftime_show_controversy)" reprise; fans disappointed, lowest fan turnout ever in a decade for Super Bowl 2019, and a surprise victory for the Chiefs blows up Twitter (http://https://sports.yahoo.com/should-damien-williams-goahead-super-bowl-td-have-counted-025949324.html), with special guest star Covid-19, respectively.
So what silly scandal will plague 2022's Super Bowl LV? BLM, again? #MeToo makes a surprise comeback after three quiet seasons and tries to take out a big-name quarterback in a sex scandal (trust me; I've seen some of these gals, and a kicker (http://=https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9KMcZAHXEaE) would be the best they can hope for)? Coronabug, again? Any thoughts? guesses? speculation? Any bets on this year's fabulous football fan-fueled fartknockery?
-
Bubba Wallace is a pre-madonna. He's not an elite drive, he's not even a good driver. He is a middle field, to below average driver. He's a cocky arrogant turd when he does interviews too. I have no love for how this guy acts whenever he is on tv.
But with that said, not sure why you brought up a quote from over a year ago.
-
A few shocking loses today by good teams. Kansas City Chiefs lost, and Seattle lost, AT HOME. Shocking. New Orleans Saints also lost very badly.
-
Not sure if anyone has been watching the Ryder Cup (Golf) but it has been an excellent show as usual. USA dominated and is on par to break the record for the most points ever awarded in the modern era of the event. Europe has just been off the entire event, despite being dominate for the past 20 years (Ever since they expanded beyond the UK to allow all of continental Europe).

I did watch it. Since Friday I've been watching it! I love the Ryder Cup. It might be my favorite golf related event. The President's Cup is also enjoyable.

I feel bad for Houston :(. My Buffalo (Orchard Park) Bills are really beating up on them. 40 to 0 with 2;13 left in the game. I think they should all just head for the locker rooms instead of risking any possible injury's on a game that is all but over!

Despite living on the opposite side of the country, Buffalo has been a team I rooted for since the late 90s, when I actually started watching sports and caring. I always root for my Seattle Seahawks, but at the same time, I have rooted for Buffalo in all their games. It's been so long since they've been good. On that same end, besides the Seahawks, it's been so long for many Seattle teams like the Mariners to be good. It's sad their baseball season ended today, but overall it was a fun year.
I guess our other Seattle teams like the Sounders are good, but I don't pay attention to soccer.

THURSDAY NIGHT FOOTBALLLLLLLLLL.
We got ourselves an awesome rivalry game between the Los Angeles Rams and the Seattle Seahawks. They are playing in the most dangerous stadium for away teams in the league, Lumen Field in Seattle. Home of the dreads 12TH FAN!!!
Seattle comes off a compelling win against their rival, the San Francisco 49ers, and the Los Angeles Rams come off a loss to their division rival, the Arizona Cardinals.
The Seahawks have the best home record of any team in NFL history since Russell Wilson became their QB in Seattle. Will Matt Stafford and the Rams have anything for their division rivals? Tune in tonight!!!!
We also got a much less important game coming up soon between the NY Jets and Atlanta Falcons taking place in London this week. Not London, Ontario.
-
Good game so far! Defensive battle. It is half time and the score is only 7 to 0. Seattle is leading.
-
Well that game ended badly. Russell Wilson is injured with a destroyed hand. He has never missed a game and now may miss upwards of a month. In the meantime, backup QB for Seattle is Geno Smith.
-

Yeah, that's really too bad. :-\ Hopefully he can come back earlier than expected and salvage a decent winning season for them. Now it's time for the rest of the team to step it up and play their hearts out to keep them in the running for a wildcard spot.

Turns out he did get to see! :D

I was also recently reading that he didn't like flying, so he had his own bus he used to travel the country, and explore small towns as well. Very neat.
-
So will the Super Bowl be kicked out of LA this year because of restrictions? The NFL is already making backup plans for Dallas to host the big event.
-
I am heartbroken😪. My Buffalo Bills lose to Kansas City again 😭. How could this have happened. All we had to do was keep them from scoring for 13 seconds 😣.
Also I have said this before but these new overtime rules make NO sense. Basically the game was decided by a coin toss 😫!
-
What a fantastic weekend of football though! All amazingly close endings that all ended in overtime!!! The underdog team won 3 of the 4 games this week! Fantastic!
Moving on are Los Angeles Rams, San Francisco 49ers, Kansas City Chiefs, and the Cincinnati Bengals! We got a crazy grouping moving forward! :D
I also DESPISE the new overtime rules. I think it should just be a whole new quarter and whoever has the most points at the end wins. Not some dumb score and you win thing they are doing now.
-
It was a terrific weekend of football. I have to agree! Right now, everyone is predicting Los Angeles and Kansas City. But I hope we have two surprise teams in the Super Bowl.
-
I also DESPISE the new overtime rules. I think it should just be a whole new quarter and whoever has the most points at the end wins. Not some dumb score and you win thing they are doing now.
I absolutely agree! This is crazy. It should just be a whole new quarter of football and whoever is in the lead at the end wins!
-
Everyone agrees that the new overtime rules STINK. It has hurt so many incredible games this year. Great games with a poor ending due to the overtime. It isn't fair the first team who scores wins. It's luck of the draw! Just stick a whole quarter there and see who wins at the end. Simple.
NFL likes to overcomplicate and fix things that don't need to be fixed.

Ben Roethlisberger has announced his retirement. And now Tom Brady has announced his retirement about 45 minutes ago! :-0
The end of an era in football.
Article (https://www.si.com/nfl/falcons/news/atlanta-matt-ryan-ben-roethlisberger-retire-tom-brady-record)
-
Not so fast, that may be fake news with Tom Brady. Brady's agent came out and said not to believe any of the news stories until Brady officially makes an announcement about his plans.
If it does turn out to be Fake News, we will have ESPN to thank for reporting falsely. Adam Shefter I believe broke it.
-
Anyone else catch the CLASH AT THE COLISEUM? It just ended. A NASCAR race in the LA Memorial Stadium! I don't think anyone expected that ever. Congrats to Joey Logano for the win!
-
It was pretty fun. Way better than the Pro Bowl.
-
So you got the Super Bowl tomorrow.
LA Rams of Cincinnati Bengals? Who will win?
-
LA Rams.
32 - 21.
-
I'm betting Rams soley based on home city alone. I'm an LA resident right now so...yeah.
I couldn't care less either way. I'm gonna be in Disneyland tomorrow.
-
Los Angeles has been a better team all year.
But that doesn't mean there can't be an upset.
I am still choosing Rams for the victory. But I think it will be closer than we all think.
-
Lets go with the Bengals than, lol.
Their quarterback seems to have made the team so much better after a what appears to be over a decade of bad and mediocrity.
-
LA for the win!
-
My prediction is LA.
21 to 12.
-
Looks like it's a very low scoring game and the Bengals just snuck ahead in points. 13-10. >_<
-
Now it is 20-16. Bengals ahead.
Come on LA... Come on Stafford. :( Get the win.
Bengals have not been that great of a team all year and in my opinion, DO NOT, deserve this win.
-
Good game! Bengals played really hard and they deserve credit for this game. That team will be good in the future.
But congrats to Super Bowl 46 winners, Los Angeles Rams!! BOOM! Last minute defense play sealed the game. 23-20.
-
Great game and LA came back for a win!! Awesome! :D
-
Home-state victory! Win, win! Wooo! Go Rams!
-
LA pulls out the victory!!! :D Nice.
-
Home city wins! Go rams!
-
I guess it only makes sense I was wrong. lol! Congrats to the winning team!
-
I got to see some of the game, mainly the end, and I can see it was a well fought defensive battle!
-
That was a great game last night👍. I honestly didn't care who won. I was kind of rooting for LA only because to friends of mine live there now. LA's last drive was like nothing I had ever seen before 😲.
As much as I love to watch football, I honestly don't know that much about it. Before I go to Google to look this up, I was wondering. Is that the most sacks ever recorded in a Super Bowl? I was also wondering has a winning Super Bowl team ever had a worse running percentage? Hopefully one of you guys can let me know 😊.
-
Yeah, that last drive was pretty good! It was amazing how seriously no one could perform on the LA team except for that Cooper Kupp guy. No wonder Matt Stafford only through to him for progress there! Very fun.
I'm no NFL statitian so I can't help there. ;D
-
I was also wondering has a winning Super Bowl team ever had a worse running percentage? Hopefully one of you guys can let me know 😊.
Well yeah. I can help. The previous record holder for worst rushing yards for a Super Bowl winning team was..... THE RAMS! :D It was themselves in a different Super Bowl.
The LA Rams just won a Super Bowl in which they ran the ball 23 times for 43 yards. That’s 2.2ypc and ties them for second-worst yards per carry all-time in a Super Bowl. Back before the LA Rams were in LA, they were in Saint Louis. During the 1999-2000 Super Bowl the Rams rushed only 13 times (tied for fewest rush attempts in a Super Bowl) and gained 29 yards on the ground! Wow, those are some pitiful numbers!

Wow that was really interesting @RainySunshine. The Rams two different times. I wonder what that says about them Did they have the same coaching staff back then as they had last night?

Nope. All new staff, new coaching, and all new players. Every player from from the 1999-2000 season is retired and a millionaire now. It's weird how they turned out to be last place each time.
-
Next big sporting event is coming up. The Super Bowl of motorsports. The Daytona 500 is Sunday.
-
I'm betting on Denny Hamlin. ;D
-
I'm going with Joey Logano. If he can not wreck, he always seems to be right there at the end. The Ford's are looking really fast so far this year. Penske and even the Roush guys.
-
Kyle Larson, the champion last year or Chase Elliott is my pick.
-
It's a long shot, but I think Brad Keselowski with a new team can do it. He showed so much promise in the duels winning the non-points duel first race. He is a former champion when he won with Dodge back in 2012.
-
So like.... there is a new football league starting this year. The USFL. United States Football League. That name was used in the 70s, but it's back again with a small numbers of teams who will play over 40 games. The main issue I see is the lack of diversity in teams. There are no sports teams for the west, No Seattle or Portland team, not even California. So there is turning off for everyone out west to have no reason to watch. The majority of teams of east and down south.
Their innagural game is April 16th, 2022.
https://www.theusfl.com
The teams are...
Birmingham Stallions
Houston Gamblers
Michigan Panthers
New Jersey Generals
New Orleans Breakers
Philadelphia Stars
Pittsburgh Maulers
Tampa Bay Bandits
Too many teams in such a localized region. Why does Pennslyvania get two teams? Why the heck does Alabama get a team?

Seahawks trading QB Russell Wilson to Denver Broncos
Article (https://sports.mynorthwest.com/1589500/reports-seahawks-trading-qb-russell-wilson-to-denver-broncos/)
The Seattle Seahawks have reportedly made the biggest deal in franchise history as multiple reports broke late Tuesday morning that star quarterback Russell Wilson has been traded to the Denver Broncos.
Tom Pelissero of NFL Network, who was the first to report the trade, said the deal will result in the Broncos receiving Wilson and a draft pick in exchange for a package made up of multiple first-round picks, additional draft picks and several players. The Broncos currently hold the No. 9 pick in the 2022 NFL Draft, which is one pick ahead of the selection the Seahawks traded in 2020 to the New York Jets in a deal for safety Jamal Adams.
As ESPN’s Adam Schefter reports, Wilson has a no-trade clause and must OK the deal and pass a physical. Wilson is signed through just 2023.
According to Jay Glazer of FOX Sports, the Seahawks will receive two first-round picks, two second-round picks, a fifth-round pick and three players for Wilson and a fourth-round pick.
Schefter also reported that quarterback Drew Lock, a 2019 second-round pick, is part of the deal coming to Seattle from Denver. He added that Shelby Harris, a defensive lineman, is also part of the return. The reported third player is tight end Noah Fant, according to CBS’s Allan Bell.
Wilson, 33, was the Seahawks’ third-round round pick in 2012 after a standout collegiate career at North Carolina State and Wisconsin, and he immediately became the team’s starter.
Wilson led the Seahawks to a playoff berth as a rookie in 2012, and the following year he quarterbacked the Seahawks to their first Super Bowl title. Seattle returned to the Super Bowl in 2014 as well, where the Hawks lost to New England.
Wilson has set nearly every passing record in Seahawks history during his 10 years in Seattle. Overall, Wilson has a career 104-53-1 record with 292 touchdowns, 87 interceptions and 37,059 yards.
Trade rumors involving Wilson have occurred for years but heated up in 2021 when he voiced displeasure about pass protection and his involvement in roster building. Wilson’s camp then reportedly gave Schefter a list of four teams he’d consider waiving his no-trade clause to – none of which were the Broncos.
Wilson remained in Seattle for the 2021 season, though, and the Seahawks and the star quarterback publicly said that the trade speculation was overblown.
The Seahawks went 7-10 last year with Wilson missing three games due to a midseason finger injury and struggling upon his return. Rumors started to swirl again but Wilson declared he wanted to stay with the Seahawks. Head coach Pete Carroll and general manager John Schneider told reporters at the NFL Scouting Combine last week that they weren’t shopping Wilson but admitted they were taking phone calls regarding the star quarterback.
According to the NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport, the Washington Commanders offered the Seahawks a substantial trade offer for Wilson last week that was ultimately denied.
The Broncos were tied for Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers in rumors as their new head coach, Nathaniel Hackett, was Rodgers’ offensive coordinator in Green Bay for three years. But Rodgers reportedly is signing an extension with the Packers.
While it may seem that the Broncos pivoted to Wilson amid reports Rodgers is staying a Packer, Schefter said Denver has had its eyes on Wilson for a while.

Seattle's loss is going to totally change the NFC. I wonder who they will get to be the next quarterback? Russell at Denver will change the AFC. I bet he will get a Super Bowl ring again in 2-3 years time.
-
I have no idea what Seattle will do, but with Russell Wilson at Denver, they will likely be an awesome team next season.
-
NASCAR race at Phoenix ended. New winner, Chase Briscoe! Congrats! The racing has been excellent this year.
-
Opening day of MLB was the other day. It went on without a hitch.
There is something relaxing about turning on the radio and hearing baseball again. :)
-
USFL reboot started this weekend.
-
Yep. Starts Saturday. I am curious to see how it plays out.
-
Anyone else here been watching the USFL? I've been watching it on and off, but I have kept up with the standings. It's clear who the good teams are to the worst teams... though that is getting more blurred each week. They all are pretty decent to some degree. They have their strengths and weaknesses.

Yeah. I've seen bits and pieces. I follow the results. From what I've seen it's been pretty good. Some decent talent.
-
It's rigged so the Birmingham Stallions will always win! lol.... maybe.
The Pittsburgh Maulers almost had something for the Stallions. It was tied in the third quarter. But in typical fashion, the Stallions pulled away in the fourth quarter for their 7th straight win.
-
It seems it's pretty easy now to know who will win, who will lose. Too few teams.
-
Football season is right around the corner again boys.
Pre-season is in full swing.
-
First game is September 8th. Time flies.
-
First week of football was.... interesting. It was good, but a lot of the 'expert predicted awesome teams' lost. ;D
-
Hahaha, interesting is putting it nicely.
Tom Brady beats the Cowboys again and Dak Prescott is injured in the first game, causing worry AGAIN at Dallas. Time to dump Dak in my mind, he keeps getting hurt too easily.
Seattle beats Denver and their former quarterback Russell Wilson.
Baker Mayfield loses to his former team.
Lots of storylines!
-
I'm ready for week two of confusion. Lots of surprise winners again probably.
We also got the first elimination round for the NASCAR Playoffs tonight at the OP track: Bristol!
-
Dallas is already a dumpster fire.
Green Bay's massive loss was a black eye. We'll see how things explode this week in the world of football! ;D
I think Kevin Harvick has a shot to win at Bristol this weekend. He would have won last year if not for Chase Elliott being butt-hurt and blocking him so his teammate could win.
-
My 49ers are gonna be bad this year.
-
The NFL never disappoints. It's an absolute madhouse.
NASCAR cut off race was insane last night. Pretty much every playoff driver was screwed in some way. Two big names were cut from the playoff... Kevin Harvick and Kyle Busch. Wow.
-
I forgot about this till just now. How about my Buffalo Bills coming from behind to beat Baltimore 😊😊😊👍
We needed it after last week's lose to the Dolphins 😟. That was heart breaking!
-
NFL season is in full swing and completely confusing everyone as usual. ;D
-
The return of the XFL and the reveal of team names and colors has dropped today.

Also this stunning move from Ross Chastain to make it into the NASCAR Championship 4. He had to pass the 11 Fedex car of Denny Hamlin... and well... on the last lap, see what he did.
-
Watermelon Man just unconventionally made the greatest move in NASCAR history! :o
-
...That's not ethnically-insensitive, is it? In this political climate, who can say?
-
...That's not ethnically-insensitive, is it? In this political climate, who can say?
Well Ross Chastain refers to himself as the Watermelon Man and he sells merch with that name... So I am pretty sure it's fine. I mean the dude races with a watermelon in the car incase he wins a race so he can throw it!
-
...That's not ethnically-insensitive, is it? In this political climate, who can say?
I'm sure someone will whine.

Since we are talking about NASCAR, we never talked about Bubba Wallace intentionally wrecking then attacking Kyle Larson at Las Vegas a few weeks back. This got ole' Darrell "Bubba" suspended for a race. He then proceeded to push off track officials and not apologize for his actions and instead play the victim. This guy has an ego-complex...
We also have Xfinity Series driver, Austin Hill punching Myatt Snider in the face... We still don't know the whole situation with this one, it happened Saturday night at Martinsville and cameras didn't really catch it.
Also Ty Gibbs, the youngest driver you can imagine who is rocking the Xfinity Series, also wrecked his teammate for a win at Martinsville and got boo'd like crazy. His teammate needed the win to make it into the Championship 4, and Ty Gibbs was already locked into the championship. Cooler heads would think Ty would help his teammate get into the championship.... or at least not purposely wreck him going into the corner... He's done lots of stupid things this year, but being the grandson of Coach Joe Gibbs who owns one of the top teams in NASCAR, he will likely have a very safe career when he makes it to the Cup Series.
And of course with have Ross Chastain's insane move to make it into the Championship 4 in the Cup Series. It is being nicknamed the "Hail Melon" after "hail mary." I call it the 'video game move' as this is something I did often in games in the past, lol. This move doesn't even look real!
NASCAR is full of controversy and excitement! I think that sums it all up this time.
-
For fudges sake, I didn't realize all the insanity going on the past week and a half in NASCAR. ;D I Love it!! Best season I think since the early 2000s. This new generation 7 car has brought a lot of parity, which is why we have 19 freaking winners this year! It's great seeing small teams doing well too. They just need to work on that safety issue since we've had two drivers get concussions from it. Kurt Busch and Alex Bowman.
-
Pretty cool how in a few hours, the first NFL game to take place in Germany will happen. It will be between the Seattle Seahawks and Tampa Bay Buccaneers. From what I've seen online, it looks like the German's have really turned up for this big game and are quite excited! Pretty cool! ^b-
Here is a local news channel (https://www.king5.com/article/sports/nfl/seahawks/nfl-seahawks-munich/281-c753a40d-62d4-4ee4-9c73-d23662497e4d) in Washington talking about their Seattle Seahawks playing in Germany. Video clip is at the link. They sent a reporter to the event and everyone looks so happy! I looked to see if a new station in Tampa Bay did the same thing, and they had a station reporting about their team playing here. (https://www.abcactionnews.com/sports/football/tampa-bay-bucs/tampa-bay-buccaneers-make-adjustments-to-prepare-for-germany-game) None of the Tampa Bay news stations sent reporters to Germany.
-
By the way, since we were talking about NASCAR, we should probably bring up the Champions for 2022.
NASCAR's Truck series saw Zane Smith win the championship driving like... the only Ford in a field of all Toyota's and Chevy's. lol! Good job Ford on having one of your only trucks in the entire field beat EVERYONE else!
In the Xfinity Series, Ty Gibbs won and he's super young... 19? He's going to be a force for years to come, especially since his Dad is the owner of a powerhouse race team.
In the Cup Series, the top series, Joey Logano won his second career championship (his other was in 2018). Again, not many Ford's, but he won it with Ford! He is now the only driver in the Cup Series who is currently driving with more than one Championship. He is also pretty young at 33 so he has many more opportunities to win still. Unique to Joey's two championships is that he is never dominant, but he is consistent. He was consistent all year and earned this championship. He came in clutch in the final race of the year and won it, with the second place points driver coming in a close second.
-
It was a terrific end to a great season for sure! ^ I like Logano and his car. He's so different outside of the car compared to how aggressive he can be behind the wheel.
-
Soo... NFL..... Tampa Bay and Packers... should Tom Brady and Aaron Rodgers have retired? Are they done for?
-
Soo... NFL..... Tampa Bay and Packers... should Tom Brady and Aaron Rodgers have retired? Are they done for?
Aaron Rodgers still has years left most likely, but he needs a good team around him. It's mostly young guys right now. I'm not sure how much longer Rodgers will stay at Green Bay.
Brady's time is closing in fast and of course his family life isn't helping with his wife divorcing.
-
We've passed the halfway point of the NFL season.
-
Happy Thanksgiving to my sneeze fetish family.
How many of you are watching Detroit playing my Buffalo Bills? After the week we had with 6 feet of snow dropped on us and our last home game being moved we need this win.
Lets Go Buffalo!!!!!!!!!
Also Happy Thanksgiving dad, I LOVE YOU AND MISS YOU :'(
https://imgur.com/a/FP3mzG3
-
I watched the morning and afternoon game (mostly in the background) but they've been good games! Thanksgiving and football are a wonderful combination.
-
I'm watching the Patriots take on the Vikings, and I am shocked the Vikings are not playing better.
-
I'm LOVING watching the Bills beating up on New England on Thursday night football, one week after we beat Detroit on Thanksgiving day.
Even stranger a week ago we were buried under 6 feet of snow, I had to hire a bulldozer to dig out my driveway. Tonight nothing but green grass on my front lawn :o
-
So many good teams did not perform good today!
-
I think we are overlooking how the Bengals have now beat the KC Chiefs three times in a row. Joe Burrow beat KC and Mahomes.
Bengals might be a dark horse team and better then we think. Possibly top 5?
-
Wow... Green Bay actually won a game. :O
-
NFL Christmas! A lot of good games today. Lol! Los Angeles Rams BLEWOUT the Denver Broncos! 50 something to 6. Wow.
-
I can't believe football season is almost over already. How come it comes and goes so fast?
-
I can't believe football season is almost over already. How come it comes and goes so fast?
Good things go by too quickly.
-
Watching the Bengals vs Bills games only to see the Bill's safety, Damar Hamlin, collapse on the field after tackling someone. He got back up after the tackle and within a few moments became limp and collapsed. Medical crews rushed on the field as we saw staff and players pray on the field, some with tears.
I really hope we didn't witness the end of someone's life. The NFL actually postponed the game and stated Hamlin was taken to a local Cincinnati hospital and is in critical condition. A lot of medical experts think he had some sort of heart issue with the direct impact to his chest.
Keep your prayers going for Damar Hamlin, his family, and all involved.
-
It was awful to watch live. Immediately prayed. I hope he will be okay after all this.
-
When they stop a game, then postpone it, you know it's serious.
You could see the player's reactions and some of them crying. You know they know it is serious. Staff, coaches, everyone knew. Praying as well, I really hope he pulls through without serious damages.
-
Still no new word. I hear people are gathering outside the hospital even at this late hours holding sessions of prayer for him. Wonderful to see people coming together on this. Hope he will be alright when this is all said in done.
-
There was an update today that his vitals are normal, but he hasn't awaken yet.
The game will not be played this week.
-
Kansas City Chiefs beating the Raiders. Derrick Carr shouldn't have had his QB position removed. It would be much closer then it is right now. 24 to 3.
-
Last weekend of regular season football.
Early morning shock so far... Texans are beating the Colts. 10-0. Let's see if that sticks. ;D
-
Sorry, I haven't been on the forum in over a week.
Exciting day here in the queen city with the Bills beating New England. Two kick off returns for a touchdown! Both by the same player!!! I don't watch a lot of football, really only Buffalo Bills games but I have never seen that before. I can't imagine it happening very often.
After last Mondays game which I was watching with a bunch of friends and the scary events that took place. I prayed so hard for number 3 Damar Hamlin. I used to work in healthcare before being laid off during the pandemic so all my friends were turning to me to help explain what we were seeing on TV. I didn't even want to speculate. Regardless prayers were answered and so far his recovery has been amazing :') .
According to a friend of mine next we take on Miami who just came off a 5 game losing streak and are using there 3rd string rookie QB. This sounds like more good news for the Bills!
I can't help missing my dad through all of this :'( . I remember him always saying how back in the 80's and early 90's the Dolphins were the Bills nemesis.
-
Yeah overall, a pretty fun year of football I think.
It's nice to see Hamlin is back and rooting on the team. Amazing what a week does.
-
I was so rooting for the Seahawks to the beat the 49ers as a massive upset. At halftime, it was looking to be a possibility since they had the lead. But after the fumble by the quarterback, all momentum for Seattle was lost.
Next game we got is Chargers vs Jaguars. I'm rooting for the underdogs again. Let's go Jags. ;D
-
HOW did the Jaguars come back to beat the Chargers by one point? What the actual... WOW! Lol! What a game!
-
My 49ers are in. Finally... It's seemed like forever, lol.
-
Week 1 of playoff games is in the books... almost. We have Cowboys and Bucs tomorrow.
I'm surprised the NY Giants beat the Minnesota Vikings. Didn't see that coming.
Miami also narrowly lost to the Buffalo Bills. That would have been an underdog victory if that happened.
-
I could see the Cowboys losing. They lose when no one expects it.

Up next we got Chiefs and 49ers! Let's gooo!!! :D

Let me update this for the three who picked all the games this weekend. Sadly Daph and I only picked the last two, so I won't include us. ;D
@RainySunshine leads by one game!!!

Well the Bills got whomped, even in the snow.
They really know how to break my heart :'( . I'm off to watch some Scooby Doo sneezing video's. At least he never lets me down ;)
-
Currently 9 to 9 in the Cowboys/49ers matchup.
Next week in the AFC matchup between the Bengals and Chiefs, I am thinking the Bengals are the better team.
-
Cowboys did what they do best! FAIL!
49ers go onward to fight the EAGLES. That will be tough but a fun one to watch!
-
So what do you think. If the Buffalo Bills had beaten the Cincinnati last week could we have beaten Kanas City today? With so many wide receivers and other players injured and sick not to mention Patrick Mahomes ankle injury I think we could have beaten them. This could have been our chance to go to the Super Bowl if we hadn't come out playing so flat in the first quarter last week!
I don't really follow football as much as it sounds like so I would really like to hear other peoples opinions. Could my Buffalo Bills have beaten KC in there current condition or is it just wishful thinking on my part?
-
I think Buffalo could beat the Chiefs we saw today, but I don't think they could beat the Bengals we saw last week... well, they didn't.
Buffalo has a few more years of prime if they can keep their team together. I wouldn't worry too much. I know it's been a long drought for Buffalo, but they still have time. :)
It's just like San Francisco today who played the Eagles. On paper, the 49ers have been a better team this year, but then their quarterback got injured and they had a backup in. Today they scored a pathetic 7 points when their average score is toward the 30s. It's unfortunate, but that is how football is. Opportunistic.
-
If the Buffalo Bills had beaten the Cincinnati last week could we have beaten Kanas City today?
Even though this isn't the best Kansas City has been, last week was a week showing and Mahomes was injured, I don't think the Bills would have won. Historically, the Chiefs have bested the Bills, even when Josh Allen was hot on a winning streak.
-
Okay everyone.
Kansas City Chiefs vs. Philadelphia Eagles.
Who do you THINK will win?
Who do you WANT to win?
-
I honestly don't know very much about either team to make a good pick. I can say that I was tired of seeing Mahomes all over TV when I think Josh Allen disserves so national TV adds. I was ready to choose the Eagles just for that reason. But then I caught the end of the KC, Cincinnati and saw Mahones run down field on his injured ankle obviously in pain to get that first down to put them in field goal range. Not to mention getting hit hard while out of bounds. It's hard not to like a QB like that ;D. It reminds me of Josh Allen, only Josh is cuter ;D . I guess I'm going with KC.
-
This is going to be a tough one... like... really tough. I think I am going to have to go with Mahomes and Kansas City. The caveat will be if he remains injured or not. Yeah, he still won injured, but... that is very tough still to pull off.
-
I am going to have to choose Kansas City to win.
-
We got the NASCAR Clash at the Coliseum this weekend in LA! Here's all we need to know.
The NASCAR season starts this month!
-
I'm going for Joey Logano to win the Clash. He won the championship in 2022, and he won the Clash last year... so... yeah? lol. Otherwise maybe Ross Chastain or Kyle Busch.
-
Good guesses. I am leaning towards Christopher Bell and Chase Elliott.
-
Racing starts in 15 minutes.
-
Here is my last minute pick to win it. My top three choices will be...
Ryan Blaney
Kyle Larson
Kevin Harvick (THE GOAT)
-
I was happy to see the "old guy" win the race. After a really off year in 2022 and no wins, it was nice to see Martin Truex pull off that win. I was shocked by how well Ryan Preece did in his first run ever in the SHR Cup Car. Running first before he had some electrical issues. Also... Austin Dillon ran super consistently! Poetic justice when he bumped Bubba Wallace out of the position after Bubba kept ramming him and spun out Denny Hamlin earlier. Austin Dillon ran super consistent today. A very complete run for him. Will this be his year for success?
-
I didn't think Ryan Preece would do much, but in this exhibition race, he surprised me truly. We'll see how he does on a normal track.
-
I should have said Martin Truex was gonna win.... I was thinking he would.
So now we got the Super Bowl.
BASEBALL starting soon too.
-
I'm going with the Chiefs.
-
At the moment, I am going Chiefs.
-
Here is my last minute pick to win it. My top three choices will be...
Ryan Blaney
Kyle Larson
Kevin Harvick (THE GOAT)
My choices were so off. Blaney did nothing and neither did Harvick. Larson was just.... hanging in there but totally not noticeable.
-
BASEBALL starting soon too.
Well.... preseason at least. End of the month.
-
Chiefs. Choosing the Chiefs.
-
I chose Kansas City to win. Super Bowl today.
-
I don't care. Sports is not my bag so if it's yours, awesome. Have all the funs.
-
Same here. Don't care about football; only there for the great food. Super Bowl eating is an eating like no other.

Eat away! Eat away! Mid-game nap during the half-time show is a good thing. ;D
-
That Patrick Mahomes is pretty incredible, fighting through the pain when all hope seemed lost, and helped his team grab the win. An awesome game!
-
It was a really good game! It had everything the NFL would want from close game, to a period of shock as Mahomes got injured. Then the comeback! Very good game.
-
It was a good game.
-
NASCAR Xfinity Series race at Daytona is really good. About 30 laps to go.
XFL started today too.
-
A complete surprise winner in a great Daytona 500 today! Ricky Stenhouse Jr won the race for a small one-car team! So happy for them. He held off last year's NASCAR Cup Champion for the win.
All four XFL games were quite good this weekend. Standout games was the St. Louis Battlehawks comeback victory and the match between the Seattle Sea Dragons and DC Defenders.
-
The Daytona race was awesome! I wish it ended under green flag conditions, but I love seeing a good underdog win.
I watched the Sea Dragons vs DC game just now, and it was quite thrilling.
-
XFL I think will work out better longterm then the USFL. USFL is too limited with all the teams being out east. No west teams. Also all the games are played in one stadium. Boooo.
XFL has teams across the country and plays in different stadiums.
-
There are no XFL teams in the northeast anymore.... Why do they have three Texas teams?
-
XFL has been really good so far honestly.
-
I think so too. Today's game was the silliest I've seen though. They played in Las Vegas in what looked like a high school and the production value at ESPN 3 reflected that. DC Defenders and the Vegas Vipers were pretty pitiful until the end of the game. DC won. I think today was the weakest game I've seen so far this season.
-
Good XFL match tonight with the Seattle Sea Dragons and Las Vegas Vipers. Seattle came back to beat Vegas.
-
It was pretty good. The Seattle Sea Dragons are a good time, a real good team. If they could just control their young team errors and mistakes, they'd be the best team in this league. Their defense is good, their offense is good. All their loses have come because of their offensive fumbles.
The Orlando Guardians on the other hand are just a dumpster fire.
-
XFL was great this weekend so far. USFL starting up soon. More football. ;D
Also the World Baseball Classic is going on. It's fun too.
-
I've been watching the World Baseball Classic in the background. Some good games.
XFL was good this year. No one expected the undefeated Houston Roughnecks to lose to the up-and-coming Seattle Sea Dragons. That was a great underdog win.
-
The XFL has been real good. Way better than I expected for a new series.
-
XFL has exceeded my expectations this season. Now we have the USFL starting this weekend. I am loving spring football this year guys.

Great games in the XFL. But the first few games of the USFL have been good too!

The biggest sporting news since Tom Brady's retirement!
Aaron Rodgers traded to Jets in franchise-altering blockbuster (https://nypost.com/2023/04/24/aaron-rodgers-traded-to-jets-in-franchise-altering-blockbuster/).
Initial thoughts?

Sooo... sports.

Prove me wrong. He's gonna struggle as is the team. He's past his prime.

The Pac-12 is dissolving most likely. Oregon is leaving and it is liking the University of Washington is leaving too. Wow.
-
Years of history vanishing overnight.
Washington, Oregon headed to the Big Ten
https://www.king5.com/article/sports/ncaa/ncaab/huskies/washington-oregon-big-ten/281-1ea9fdf3-da23-4e17-963d-bf9c3904929f
This means the end of the Washington Apple Cup between two major universities and the Oregon Civil War.
Message from the PAC-12.
"Today's news is incredibly disappointing for student-athletes, fans, alumni and staff of the Pac-12 who cherish the over 100-year history, tradition and rivalries of the Conference of Champions. We remain focused on securing the best possible future for each of our member universities."

An unfortunate collapse of a pact.
-
Football is starting soon boys.
-
Yes, its time for the good sports.
-
Horrifying accident in the NASCAR race at Daytona that secures the playoff drivers.
Driver Ryan Preece flips an unknown amount of times. As of typing this, he was taken to the infield care center than transported to a nearby medical center.
-
^ That is horrifying. No amount of safety can truly and fully protect. There is a ton of danger driving inches from one another at 200mph.
-
NFL begins today!!!
-
NFL is nuts this year. So many storylines. So many teams already doomed for failure. ;D
-
It's a mess, lol.
-
Rodgers getting injured within five plays of starting for the Jets. That was a mood.
-
Las Vegas Raiders almost came back and beat the Pittsburgh Steelers. That was a close one. Jimmy G then through an interception.
-
Right? I thought Pittsburgh was going to blow that. Raiders did come back well though until... the end.
-
We are coming to a close of the NFL regular season. One week to go.
-
It ends too fast honestly. We got some Saturday games this week too. No Monday games.
-
End of football, but we still have playoffs.
-
I just realized that this was my first time posting in this thread all year. My Buffalo Bills just beat the Miami Dolphins 21 to 14 making them AFC East champions the fourth year in a row. As proud as I am of Josh and the rest of the team it would be really nice if this year we could go just a little bit further!
https://imgur.com/a/6DF714y
-
I'm thinking it's going to be the Ravens and.... 49ers.
-
Every year I seem to say who I think will be there and every year I am wrong. I will wait till the wildcard games are done then share my picks.
-
YES!! Way to go Detroit Lions! They've won over the Rams by one point! First time they are going into the Playoffs since 1991! YES!!!
-
That was a very close game. I thought Detroit was gonna blow it. Detroit always finds a way to lose, but this year has been different. :)
-
We got our normal scheduled games today plus the postponed one. Here we go!!!
-
My Buffalo Bills beat the Steelers tonight in the frozen ice bowl of Highmark stadium. I actually thought of going down to the stadium to help them dig it out. Those who did this got paid and got a free ticket to the game. I was to tired after digging out my own house.
If I had gone to help out I wouldn't have done what this guy did. I would have been the person who would have talked him into doing it 8) :))
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kpsZCNizL54
-
I heard they were paying fans $20 bucks an hour and buying them food to help shovel out the stadium. Pretty neat.
Long story short though, Steelers were completely outmatched going into this game. They are a C tier team this year that just happened to make it in due to a bunch of other poor teams in their division. So now that that speed bump is over, Buffalo can go on to compete against actually teams.
Talking about a joke though... the Dallas Cowboys. It has been since 1995 since they were in the Super Bowl. Time to rebuild that team, get new staff. No team continues to fail as much as this team in the post season.
-
We're down to the divisional games next!!!
-
49ers vs Ravens is my Super Bowl guess.
-
The second time in my lifetime that I had to hear the two most dreaded words in Buffalo "WIDE RIGHT" :o >:(
-
So we're down the final four it seems. Kansas City and the Detroit Lions made it through.
-
Let's go Detroit!!!! Finally!!!
-
49ers vs Ravens. Super Bowl.
-
It still should have been the Bills. Dam wide right >:(
-
I would have preferred Bills over KC. But it is what it is. I want the Lions to make it to the Super Bowl now.
-
49ers vs Ravens. Super Bowl.
I think that seems most likely.
-
I was wrong. It will be the 49ers vs the Chiefs!!!
What a classic matchup!
-
I'm rooting... for Purdy and the 49ers. I don't really have a home team this time to root for, but I think it would be neat to see Purdy as a rookie win it all. It would be huge. Mahomes has plenty of time to win more rings. Purdy probably does not since the 49ers bought this team to be good for a year.
-
I'm choosing the 49ers to win this one! It's going to be very close I think.
-
KC is gonna win it today. Let's go!
-
I would be shocked if Kansas City doesn't pull this off. They seem too. The pros, Vegas, and even I (a few weeks ago) were really high on the 49ers, but I think ultimately Mahomes and the Chiefs will walk out with their third Super Bowl rings.
-
I'm going to stick with the Chiefs. They seem to always find a way to win.
-
49ers. They got this.
-
Root, root, root for the home team! 49ers!!!
-
My gut is saying it will be a KC win. So I will stick with that. I think it will be a surprisingly lopsided victory too.
-
Still close, but low scoring. KC needs to pull it together, but SF looks so much better overall.
-
Welp, SF loses
-
Hey got something right!!! :D Kinda... lol... Very defensive game. You could see how hard it was for the teams to score because of how strong the defense was. A truly hard earned win.
-
Good on Kansas City. That game could have gone either way. I really did feel early on SF had the mojo, but it just didn't work out. It's been a long time since we've won a Super Bowl. :'(
-
It was a hard thought battle for sure. Ended late, but it was fun.
-
I wanted SF 49ers to win, but I thought the Chiefs would win. So I am oddly conflicted. Sad the 49ers lost but happy the team I chose to win, won? :-\
-
The Buffalo Bills have already adjustments to Highmark Stadium so that we will be ready for next season ^b- ^b-
https://imgur.com/a/MbRXIav
-
None of the ads were that memorable this year. I do remember the Arnold Schwarzenegger ads though, those were okay. ;D
-
https://imgur.com/a/MbRXIav
Lol! San Francisco wishes they could have had this too. That missed kick could have changed the game for them in the Super Bowl.
-
Everyone's saying SF won't be as good next year since they blew their budget for these players this year. I'm not sure yet.
-
What about Travis Kelce acting like a total butthole (https://www.yahoo.com/lifestyle/andy-reid-reveals-travis-kelce-133000339.html?) over a botched call? It's all I've been hearing about for two days. This is what I like best about the Super Bowl: always with the scandal.
-
Kelce is a drama queen. He also sounds like a drunkard here yelling "Viva Las Vegas."
