It is.  You're like stuck!  Then you keep doing that same boss battle over and over, quite a few days, come back, freak out again, then one day you just magically get lucky.

Yeah I had that happen once couldn't get past this level left it for a while come back and passed like it was nothing.

I will just hand off the boss battle to a friend who is thankfully better then me.  But I have been stuck in games too, where I can't progress and it stops any joy from said game.
