A lot happened last week in my family. My sister had a bad mental accident that caused a severe panic attack. She went to the hospital ER and to be honest I've been incredibly stressed and worried about her each day. I haven't wanted to share this here until I was more stable mentally myself and I feel more certain she will recover, but now she is out of the hospital. That is a good thing =) she is still not recovered. Doctors say it could take anywhere from a week...up until 2 full months before her mind gets back to the way it was before the severe panic attack.
I am glad that she is back home =) She has improved since the first day at the hospital. During the attack and during the hospital, the best way I can describe her was her mind short circuited. She would repeat the same 4 sentences over and over and over again. Screaming at the top of her lungs, cry, then scream those same sentences again and again.
Seriously, it was very freaky and scary. She is a LOT calmer now. I'm super thankful for that.
That sounds horrifying, especially if you don't know what is happening. I hope for her continued recovery and I hope it's fast and complete. Now you take care of yourself. As they say on plane flights, you have to put the oxygen mask over yourself first, then help those around you. You're no good if you yourself can't do anything. So please, luv. Take care of yourself.
