Yeah, often came across it as a kid. The animation was so freakin' weird. >_<

Good thing I had to hear the French dub (y'know, living in Quebec), I hear many complaints that her original voice is IRRITATING.

Like... her voice is just horrible.  Who is that horrible voice actor?  That is the first impression you give, your theme song.  I don't even know what she says at the end, and it never follows any real basis to it.  Just here mainly getting mad at some "Angelica" looking girl who does nothing wrong in the intro and really Angela looks like the jerk.

Sue Rose created and did the voice acting.... and her other horrible show she made was "Unfabulous."  I just don't think she can write good television shows...

I  can't say I care for the silly plots and animation  (I much preferred the earlier series), but I do like the A-list voice cast and all the little in-jokes you have to be a real fan of the comics to appreciate. For example, in the TTG tie-in comic Cyborg goes to a doctor named "Simon Ecks"... the real name of an old Batman foe, Dr. Double-X. The writers must have had to dig deep for him--he's pretty obscure.

...And I can see why.  I bet with a handle like that, every time he introduced himself, he had to explain to folks, "No, I'm not a porn star."
