It becomes confusing because some sources say he blew himself up, but also they say the police and military shot and killed him.

His bombs were probably not powerful enough to kill him maybe?  Or as they shot him, he detonated?  Not sure.

The latest reports say this now;

"A suspected suicide bomber who allegedly shouted 'Allahu Akbar' before triggering an explosion at Brussels Central Station has been gunned down and killed by soldiers.
Shots rang out soon after 8pm on Tuesday as police and soldiers moved in to 'neutralise' the man, who was said to be 'threatening rail passengers' in what is being considered as a terrorist incident.

The attacker was not confirmed dead for several hours after being shot as medics could not approach him for fear that the explosives strapped to him could go off any second, official authorities said.

Initial reports suggested the suspect - described as being 'tanned, well-built and in his 30s' - was wearing an explosive vest or rucksack, while witnesses later claimed he tried to blow up a trolley or a suitcase."

We will find out more in the coming hours of the man's origin or if an Islamic terror group will take credit for the attack.

Also some other terrorist attacks I didn't officially report, because there are far too many, but there were 5 killed by Islamic militants in Mali at a resort.  Five female suicide bombers blew themselves up in Nigeria killing over a dozen, and a suicide bomber claiming to be a milkman, killed ten in Somalia.

Gosh.  It has been one day the recent terrorist attacks were listed, and look how many more were just added. :-\

Also didn't mention the terrorist attack yesterday in Paris, AGAIN.

A vehicle carrying two gas canisters, two handguns and one Kalashnikov collided with a police car near the Champs-Elysées in Paris around 3:40 p.m. local time today, and the incident is being investigated as an act of terror, the Paris prosecutor’s office confirmed.

The 31-year-old driver of the white Renault Mégane set his car on fire before hitting a police vehicle, with the hopes of creating an explosive impact, said French officials.

Police did not fire a single shot at the scene, but officials confirmed that the driver, who had been flagged for Islamic extremism, was badly burned and died. No injuries were reported in the incident as the explosion was limited to the inside of the driver's vehicle, police said.

Police quickly declared the situation "under control" and a bomb squad responded to the scene after explosives and a gun were found inside the driver's vehicle.

DEVELOPING: Islamic Canadian man charged in Michigan airport stabbing attack; FBI investigating as act of terrorism

A man walked up to a uniformed police officer at the Bishop International Airport in Flint, Mich., and stabbed him in the neck Wednesday morning with a large knife, according to an FBI affidavit filed in federal court.

A law enforcement officer who watched the stabbing and subdued the attacker said that the man — later identified by officials as Amor M. Ftouhi — yelled “Allahu akbar” before stabbing the officer, an FBI special agent said in the affidavit.

Ftouhi then yelled “Allah” several times after stabbing the police officer, the agent said, before saying something about killings in Syria, Iraq and Afghanistan. When Ftouhi was subdued by the law enforcement officer, he “asked the officer why he did not kill him,” the FBI agent stated.

Officials said Ftouhi is a 50-year-old Canadian who had entered the U.S. on June 16 in New York, then made his way to Flint.

Officials said the wounded officer is in stable condition and is expected to survive.

Attorney General Jeff Sessions said Wednesday evening that the stabbing was being investigated as an act of terrorism.

I'm happy the officer will be okay.  Horrible again that another event, though smaller, happened.

Surprised me the man asked why the police didn't shoot him to death?  Did he want to die?  Did he want to be seen as a martyr?

No, now he gets to rot in a jail, perfect.  He didn't deserve to die.
