This is Sonic Robo Blast 2 v2.2.

This Sonic fan game has been around since 1998. Despite the age, the developers are still working to this game even to this day. Yeah, you heard me right.
It's not like this game is incomplete, it's just that the developers seems to have fun adding new features and tweaking the game.

This game also has a small but super passionate fan base. Since the engine is super easy to program with, the fans of this game created A LOT of mods.
Oh right, forgot to tell you that this fan game has been created using the Doom engine... Yeah, Doom!
Between characters mod and new maps, this game has a lot of user-created content to offer. The most popular one is the Sonic Robo Blast 2: Kart... Basically a Sonic themed Mario Kart game.

A week ago, they released a new update for the game: version 2.2.
This is a huge update that added a lot of new content and overall improvements to the base game. Stuff like new high quality sprites, improved textures and graphics, new and/or extremely tweaked levels, new playable characters, new original music... and slopes!

If you're interested in a rock solid 3D Sonic game (even if it was made with the Doom engine, so it's technically not 3D) with calssic era games aesthetics and vibes with a lot of content and multiplayer functionalities, you might want to check this out!
If you're not interested, well... I suggest you to try it anyway! It's a really good game and it's a freeware, mate! You can play it for free!!

Okay this is huge and worrying....  This is making international headlines.

Rockstar Games co-founder Dan Houser is leaving the company

One of the men behind 'Grand Theft Auto,' 'Red Dead Redemption,' and 'Bully,' is leaving the company.

Oh no!    Speculation will begin.  There is no press release by Rockstar or Take Two yet.

I am willing to bet he wasn't too happy with Take Two on something and they separated, but I truly don't know.  Hopefully we will hear about the reasoning soon.

Noooo!!! I really hope this isn't the end of truly an amazing game developer.  He was a huge aspect of this company and helped make truly amazing stories and products.  It just won't be the same.

I am willing to bet this had something to do with Take2.

We need to give more credit to Rockstar.  Just because one super important person is leaving, doesn't mean it's doom and gloom.  We may see a difference in product and we may not.  But let's be patient.  We've seen no evidence yet of a decline in Rockstar content.  Only continued improvement.

Can I say something that has been in my mind for a very long time?  Okay... here goes.  I don't think Cyberpunk 2077 will be that good of a game.  I think it is being overhyped and will not live up to the hype.  I am thinking it won't get great reviews and the world will be much more dull and forgettable than people are thinking. A lot of it will seem samey.

I don't think it will be critically acclaimed like the Witcher III and it just won't be that great.  People will get tired of a depressing looking urban world tat they can't escape from.  The game will be somewhat clunky and heavy to move around in and do things.

I am just stating what I think will happen.  Because if all this comes true and I never had said so earlier, no one would believe me.

The game's been out for a couple of years in early access, but I can't wait to play Them's Fightin Herds at some point.

^ @The_EXxtra I have that game.  Haven't played it yet, but I own it.   It was free on Humble Bundle a few months ago and the creator of Adorkable Twilight & Friend's was giving it away to their Patron's last month.   Many people got copies.

That's good. From what I've seen, it's a pretty good game. Hope the story mode is nice for it.
