Sadly you can't tell.   What is with people not putting red noses?

That's weird. Usually BobtheDalek puts red noses. He draws sick ponies often: Sick. Because he gets sick often, is what I gather.

I'm guessing she wasn't sick and just took cold meds to sleep. Since he does do red noses.
