I am just as excited about the California remake as I am any DLC. ;D  I am so excited to see this!

Yeah, the old ETS-ish style was always playing it safe and just sort of putting generic things anywhere and everywhere.

All great news! :D The area went from lush green to Mediterranean!  A lot less green now.

Ukiah is the best city in all the games!  How could they possibly change it?  ;D

It was by far one of the most afterthought locations in the original game.... well, it actually wasn't there originally.  They added it.

Good looking update to that town.  I am excited seeing that much work being done into a city many might not even go too.  Can you imagine how they will redo other bigger cities?

So will who will be first?

Texas DLC
Montana DLC
Russia DLC?

I think they want to get an ATS release, with the Russia DLC next, followed by another ATS release.  They need to tide over the ETS2 diehards, meanwhile the ATS people are thrilled with the smaller DLCs... albeit maybe more detailed.

Something I have also pondered is the real world implications of Russia pressuring Ukraine... and this is silly since it's a video game... but if Ukraine somehow changed, how would it effect the game in the future?  I have long predicted Russia would be active east of Kyiv, but now we could see a pro-Moscow regime if Ukraine's sovereignty is indeed lost. US leadership is weak right now, and NATO is only going to be as good as their leader... and with the US weak, NATO will do nothing.

This will only further any chances of a Ukraine DLC.  Since when did the Balkans become a more stable place?  Apparently right now.  I feel bad for Ukraine.  I can't imagine the fear and nervousness of this all.  The uncertainty.   :'(

Cotton!  Very interesting!  I guess we will see this industry as me move deeper into the south.... to be honest, I didn't even know we still had a cotton industry that was big. ;D

I don't know how this happened.  My truck was destroyed while driving in Birmingham.  I was driving near then all of a sudden, BAM.  This happened.  Ruining my delivery. >:(
