Vern Fonk was great. :D  "Fonk!  You ran over me!"  Lol!  Thought they said something else.

Mo Money Taxes, what on earth?  It was a crazy hot mess.  I wouldn't get my taxes through them with the professionalism of that ad, though I probably wouldn't get my insurance with Vern Fonk either. :)

Well, Vern Fonk (real name Rob Thielke) passed away last year, but I'm presuming his firm is still going.  The mo' Money boys are alive and well... probably hiding out on a beach in Aruba and spending their ill-gotten gains on mai-tais and scantily-clad native girls.

Yes, the Mo' Money ads embrace the ghetto subculture, no doubt.  Another one in which we hear "Superman" used as a verb and try to figure out what the fat guy is saying when he shows off his atrocious shoes (it's "baby legs", not "baby makes" or "bathin' apes").

A lot of them are parodies of old TV shows like Batman (1966), Miami Vice, and Dukes of Hazzard, but they drop in a lot of rap references like "Show me my opponent" and "Blame it all on alchohol".   Like I said, ghetto, ghetto, ghetto.  Although I admit if I had a business,  I'd hire that guy for my ads just for the curiosity factor. It's like a show with a really bizarre and offensive premise -- you watch it out of curiosity once or twice and then find yourself hooked, binge-watching till the end, just to see how it comes out.

Here's the ad that got them sued by comedian/filmmaker Tyler Perry.

I think that gal behind the bench is an actual judge on one of those daytime courtroom shows.

You know your commercial is bad and cheesy when Svengoolie makes fun of it.

The real spot.

I got two new ads for being the absolute worst in terms of music.  The music is horrible.  Everyone I've talked to about these (Yes, I talk ads with people I guess) agrees these are among the worst currently.

First the TACO BELL "YA YA" song ad.  No one can even understand what is being said.

Temu, the Chinese buying website which sell mostly junk like Wish, is pretty much mocking idiots to "shop like a millionaire" on their junk website.  The song is annoying and pretty much is an ear worm.

Oh, man, I love that one.  These furniture store ads, though, I can't take seriously.
Did no one tell them what "nards" meant?    :-]

Speaking of paint, this Ace Hardware campaign deserves to be made fun of, too.
Metaphor, my butt.  Y'oughtn't wear paint, either.

I hate that Taco Bell ad.  It sounds like a demonic chipmunk speaking words!

Yeah, like I said before, my [rooster crow] ain't complainin'....

Imagine that song played over this .gif.

The band's name is "bludnymph", though "Demonic Chipmunk" sounds like a great band name, too, actually.

I'd give a listen to a band called Demonic Chipmunk.  Would probably be Alvin and the Chipmunks during their rebellious period...

They had one, way back in the eighties.

This was right about the time the Chipettes got... sexy. [shudders]

Speaking of the eighties... Pee-Wee Herman does an anti-drug PSA?
Plus, the set looks like a darkened movie theater...the last place you'd ever want Mr. Wee.    ;)
