Aside from optional full plastic bottom, newer headlights or chromed stripes, the outside look remains the same.
Some bigger difference is inside: they took away the pillow! ;D

(and added a lamp and a lion logo on the bottom of second sleeper instead)
Also, there are some changes in the front panel.

But yes, the changes are smaller than between 2014 and 2017 DAF XF. At least, the latter got a totally different dashboard coloring, and here we see how one beige was replaced by another beige.

But this time it’s a facelift for current Cascadia — so, we have a first ATS truck with full digital dashboard.

I NEED a repair shop next to my home garage...

Once I buy a garage in ETS2 I am switching to ATS.

Are you getting close to buying your first garage, not including the starter shack?

Starter shack?  That sir is my HOME!!! LOL!

Yeah, a second garage I guess.  But the first official one I paid for.  I have now bought it.  I have a garage in England and one in France... which I am realizing I sort of dislike because of the tolls.  By the time I get up to speed in my truck, I had to stop for a toll!  Then I have to try to get back up to speed again! AHHH!!

I'm going to start American Truck Simulator tonight.  ;D

Oh come on!!! Lol!  I just bought brand new Cascadia's for three new drivers!  Are you kidding me?  Lol!  I guess the next team will get the upgrade. ;D

So, all changes are pretty minor, but their list is really long. They even paid attention to the map — the legend pictograms can be filtered, although they don’t disappear on big scales anymore, so now the map looks like that ;D.
If the new dashboard for Cascadia nas no bugs now, I think ATS 1.43 has a pretty big chance to be released tomorrow!

The ETS2 1.43 release also had many new routes which is what I always appreciate the most.  I can't believe how much attention they are spending on Spain.

It would be cool if they filled in more roads around other countries. ;D

It was very predictable. No new roads, but new trailers and facelift for Cascadia are still much more than we got in 1.42 ;D.

I know SCS ATS is very very busy with Texas and Montana.

But I was kind of hoping for some new roads... I'm just a needy person. ;D  Lol.  Or maybe some news on the California re-touch.

SCS Software has changed their website's banner.

They also concluded the Wyoming Trucking Event.   Blog Post  Lots of good bonuses this time including a new paint scheme for those of us who completed the event!! :D Also pretty impressive numbers.  ATS community keeps growing.

There is nothing wrong to keep the trailers in the game look like the real ones, so I don’t have any questions. There were a lot of major updates in the past and will be in the future.
So, a free new bumper (a bit tougher than old one) and a statue of a Krone TV guy ;D are a good thing to troll everyone who wants to whine (or complain ;D) like «where are our four-axle 53' trailers for Russia?», «where are step-deck curtainsiders?» and so on.

Well.... it's nice they did it... even if 99% of users would have never noticed.  99.9%.

Today comes a bit more noticeable upgrade ;D.
In addition to three-axle chassis for this truck family, we finally have a basic XF cab, which makes a new DAF more affordable for people who think XG cab (introduced in summer) is too much. Also, this big optional window in the right door comes with a new interesting option — you can install a foldable right seat which don’t cover that window from your eyes. The sideskirts for all three new chassis — even for short 4×2 — are unavailable yet, but I believe we will have them next year, maybe even some DAF Tuning Pack stuff will appear.

P.S. I wonder, when the New Scania will get the fresh 770-hp engine, which is in production since late 2020?
