I did a search and couldn't find anything exactly.  The old rumor was it was the the show's creator, but that can't be true because the voice is still done in modern episodes occasionally.  Is it Plankton's voice actor?

Wolfwood has been bringing up some good points.

Imagine if all the PSF regular posters disappeared or moved on.  The main posters are people who still started this community.  There are very few posters from after the original group that actually engage and post.  People who actually move things forward.  If it wasn't for the 3% who actually post, the community (and many others) would be empty.  It's really sad.  No one is willing to engage and take over as a new generation.  What is preventing people from engaging?
