There have been so many applications over the past several days!  Number one thing people are forgetting.  You need at least FIVE POST on the forum.  Post five times.  Comment on art, stories, things you enjoy.  Become part of the community!  Once you get five posts and you finish the other requirements, you are golden!  Don't forget five!! :D

The notification system from what I've been told in the past is really bad and doesn't work.  So it's probably a good thing you told them, lol.
