You guys have like nine hundred ninety nine billion ninety two million six hundred fifty three thousand and two presidents.

There are only 3 queen elizabeths. (the QE the 3rd dosent exist apparently)

And each of them have only one birthday and we dont get any days off cuz thatyereugfreiewuer.

We've had 43 different presidents.  We celebrate Presidents Day to celebrate them all.  Though we used to have separate holidays for George Washington and Abraham Lincoln, we don't do that anymore. 

England is a lot more complicated if you try to count the Kings and Queens because they've had many different rulers and things were different in the past with counts, vassals, etc.  But there are over 50 some Kings and Queens as we would see as national rulers of Britain.  Personally I would think there would have been more.
