Yes, APD said not to upload his work, and I am going to say the same now too.  We need to make rules on this quick.

Luckily, they seem to have calmed down. It's been two hours since the last upload.

Well, since dA won't let me hide the images already online....

Private photos are being uploaded to our Flickr.  No one will be able to see those.

Only good news is, APD and Silverwing were all good with their images being seen.

I'm sure they mean well, but they are going at the completely wrong way.  They aren't even checking to see if the images are there.  It stinks, because they are getting many quality pictures downrated and hurting the artists reputations.

Exactly. I sent comments on some of the recent pieces telling them to stop. Maybe they did. I tried not to sound like someone who was disgusted by it or anything, but Jesus Christ. That was just embarrassing. Like Rainy said, it kinda makes us seems like attention whores. And it makes people more likely to downvote.

We need to lay down ground rules about this stuff.

So lets start doing it.

I think more private stuff should be uploaded to Flickr, Darrin.  It seems safer for private material. 

I DO NOT want my art posted onto Derpibooru.

So ground rules, lets go.

Has this happened before? I remember looking through the comments when I browsed though the sneeze tag on db, and it looked as if it was getting spammed. Or were the peeps on db taking it the wrong way?

If you guys want to formulate a good set of rules, then mail it to me when the artists and members have decided, then we will make it official.  We will also set up a DO NOT POST list.  If we catch people breaking these rules laid out, you will be spanked.

It has happened before on a small scale, and it wasn't really spam.  Just because someone posted three pics of a sneeze, all of Derpibooru got all up in an uproar.

We are always learning things.  New art will be uploaded to Flickr for more protection.  Silver and APD's art was only uploaded to dA because they didn't mind being seen.

Not really, no.  Just someone posts a few in a row as all.  At the most, maybe five.

I hope they get a clue and stop.  But we also have to realize, when work is online, it is anyone's to do what they want with. 

I do not think this person is doing this to be malicious.  I think they want it shared because they just discovered it all and are super giddy, probably like us the first time finding PSF.  They have taken long breaks, including and overnight break, and continued uploading pics they enjoy.  You can even maybe find a pattern of art they enjoy.  They like color, certain female characters, since they post them in bunches, and the have a thing for comics and plot.
