So remember our dumb little GTA 6 leaker friend?  Here is a minor update.  The hacker was a teenager from the UK.  Rockstar got the FBI to look into it, the FBI found the kid, and police from the City of London arrested him in Oxfordshire.

The new information is that the leaker pleaded not guilty to computer misuse. On September 24, he was back in court where he now pleaded guilty to breaching his bail conditions, resulting in him being placed in a youth detention center.  Youth jail.  It is still unknown the monetary fines and just how long they will be in jail.

Accused GTA 6 Leaker Deemed Unfit to Stand Trial by Psychiatrists

Faces 12 charges for various computing no-nos

In one of the biggest bombshell moments of this generation thus far – and there’s been no shortage of them overall – a catastrophic leak saw dozens of work-in-progress GTA 6 videos and screenshots emerge online. Now the accused perpetrator of that crime, 18-year-old Arion Kurtaj, has been deemed “unfit to stand trial” following an assessment by psychiatrists. As a result, Reuters reports that a jury will now need to determine whether he committed the acts, as opposed to delivering a more traditional guilty or not guilty verdict.

Kurtaj is in trouble for much more than holding Rockstar to ransom, and is also accused of hacking taxi app Uber, computer chip manufacturer NVidia, and financial tech firm Revolut, as well as blackmailing mobile networks BT and EE. In total, he faces a terrifying 12 charges, including three counts of blackmail, two counts of fraud, and six charges under the Computer Misuse Act. Meanwhile, a second unnamed 17-year-old accomplice faces two counts of blackmail, two counts of fraud, and three charges under the Computer Misuse Act.

Major rumors swirling (and this has happened before) that Rockstar will release a teaser or a trailer in December for GTA VI.  Take this with a grain of salt.

Only a few games have as big a moment.  A new Elder Scrolls reveal, and a new Grand Theft Auto game.  We are about to witness it. Pretty pumped.

They did that with GTA V as well as RDR II.  So I think that is a safe bet.  I would like that too.

I wonder how much we will see?  It's not a teaser, but an actual trailer.  So we should see a good amount.  My guess is a little over a minute.  Maybe 1:30 ish.
