Won't that cost more?  How reliable is it?  Because eventually we will run out of space and have to pay for more.  Teach us your understandings.
What would I need to do?  How reliable is this and what would it cost us?  I know you said it might not cost more, but I am interested.

So, Danbooru (which is the "typical" booru software) uses "Ruby On Rails" and PostgreSQL (as opposed to PHP and MySQL, like SMF).  PostgreSQL is already available on PSF's account, as a standard offering.

Lunarpages indicates that Ruby On Rails can be enabled, but that you have to file a support request to do so.

http://wiki.lunarpages.com/Ruby_on_Rails_Support
http://wiki.lunarpages.com/Ruby_App_Generation

It's indicated to also be included in their standard pricing, but the process remains manual to instantiate & configure each Ruby On Rails "app".

If you're interested, I'd recommend firing Lunarpages an email or support ticket and confirming that it is available at no extra charge.  (I can probably knock together a draft email later this evening.)

It's hard to guess how reliable Lunarpage's RoR support is without testing it, but if we can turn it on for free, then it's worth testing.

A backup regime will need to be in place, but I'm already mulling over the best way to keep on top of forum backups; this would just roll into that.

As for resources: as you know technically this account has "Unlimited" storage and transfer, but for a realistic indicator of what Lunarpages will be happy with: their introductory "business" account includes 20GB space and 200GB/mo transfer, so I think we'd be fine as long as we stayed within that.

Hmmm.  We could think bigger picture and make it a sneeze booru for all sneeze related things.... or keep it small to stay within boundaries of storage.

Idk, it seems almost... Excessive. Maybe we should just stick to DA. To me it feels like the simplest solution.

I am uploading everything.  Should take several more hours. The newer art that does not have a listing on the MLPS, I cannot cross reference for the title.  So some titles on newer pieces are wrong.  I'm hoping to have this account be a share plan for our members.
