I think Hillary has it wrapped up. She has so many more SUPER DELEGATES, which kind of screws any Democrat that isn't supported by the DNC.

Trump responds to critics tying him to being like Adolf Hitler

"Recently, Trump has started asking voters to raise their right hand and pledge to support him -- creating an image that some have argued evokes the rise of Adolf Hitler.  Trump discussed the issue in an interview on MSNBC's "Morning Joe."

"I say jokingly, 'Raise your hand if you swear to endorse me,' " he said. "The entire place is practically laughing and having a good time. They're raising their hands in the form of a vote, not in the form of a salute."

REPUBLICANS

Ted Cruz wins Idaho.

Donald Trump wins Michigan and Mississippi.

DEMOCRATS

Bernie Sanders upsets Clinton and wins in Michigan.

Hillary Clinton wins Mississippi.

Hawaii still needs to be counted.

The CNN Republican debate in Miami ended and took a completely different tone then the Detroit debate.  Everyone for the most part was civil.  Rubio in an interview yesterday apologized for his recent attacks on Trump and said that didn't reflect his views or who he was as a person.  In this debate, Rubio played a clean debate and did not attack Trump or anyone for that matter and stud with what people voted for him for in the for first place.  He answered questions directly and looked at the voters through the tv.

Cruz still did some attacks on Trump, but had a safe debate.  Cruz tried real hard to appeal to the Rupublican base and worked up his recent support from Carly Fiorinna.

Trump looked different tonight, and was actually somewhat dull, but played a safe debate and did more detailed responses then he has ever done.  He had a good debate.

John Kasich had a good debate and gave straight forward answers, and talked about his experience and how he would fix the country.

Donald Trump's rally in Chicago tonight had to be cancelled due to over 1,000 protesters.  Trump had over 30,000 pro-Trump supporters waiting for his rally to begin.

Sources show Trump leading in polls now, Cruz dropping slightly, Rubio and Kasich blending as one.

Bryan Pagliano, a former State Department employee who helped set up and maintain a private email server used by Hillary Clinton, has gotten immunity.  He is supposedly a "devastating witness[url]" to the Hillary campaign as more info is revealed.  I wonder how this will turn out.

Im surprised Carson is backing Trump. He says the Trump we see on tv is not the Trump behind the scenes. I believe Carson.

Well... Yeah.
It's kinda obvious the Trump on tv is just a persona. If you look farther back, he's not that bad a person.

I am sure there is a lot the public doesnt know about Trump. The uniformed just go off what they see in headlines about him, or anyone. Safly most of the country just scrapes the tip of the ice burg and only pics a few key issues the media tells them to, and that is what they follow. They dont even dig into the issues to get well informed.

I'm interested to see what he does in the run up to the general election (assuming he's the Republican candidate).  I anticipate that he'll abandon some of his more transparently silly ideas/claims once he no longer needs to specifically court his current support base.  Candidates always return to the center for a general election and unlike, say, Cruz, he's not a principled extremist but rather very much a populist.  I wonder how much whiplash that will cause for his current core support base?  Or whether they'll mostly stick to his brand over his policies?  Or indeed, whether they never actually cared that deeply about such policies, and that those types of policy exist purely as political shibboleths?

I think Trump supporters will stick to him for the most part.  it seems anything can be said against him, and it doesn't hurt him.  The only person that can hurt Trump now is himself.

Trump supporters are generally well informed. They listen to all his debates and stuff, not just what the media tells them he said with their twists.

That's something my Trump supporter friends (and I) find really annoying about Trump haters at my school. Most of them don't even listen to his debates and stuff and just hate him because the media tells them too.

Lots of Trump rallies getting wild and violent protesters now that are fully anti Trump and trying to ruin his rallies. Police taking drastic measures in some cases.

Marco Rubio answered a question today if he would support the Republican Nominee, he responded, ''I dont know, it is getting harder everyday.'' He said it in a rather defeated tone.

John Kasich is leading in polls in Ohio.

President Obama is in Cuba today, first president to do so in nine decades.

If i have time tonight i am going to make a trend topic that sees which political people we talk about most and how many mentions we make of them in this topic. We will see if it meets national trends.

You will get the generic responses from Trump haters.

"Didn't you read what he said about Muslims?"

"He wants to build a wall and block all Mexicans and outsiders!"

"He's racist!"

"He supports the KKK!"

I guess you get generic responses from Bernie haters too.

"He's a socialist!"

Here is a quick snippet of the Secret Service swarming Donald Trump as a protesters tries to attack Trump.  Sort of interesting to see how the Secret Service does their thing.  They all wear those really big long black trench coats, pretty crazy!  It's real.

Also something that is really sad are the comments by people in this video.  The younger generation dominates social media, Youtube included.  The younger demographic, for the most part, is liberal and touts being inclusive to all.  Look at those Youtube comments.  Look at them.  Someone in the comments tells the protesters to try a sniper rifle next time, "they should have gone with a sniper rifle".  Another says, "keep going at him, eventually you will get him."  Another person just stats they hate how many people show up to Trump's rallies.  Still, another person simply wishes Trump support in their post.  The person who replies to this person says, "go hang yourself."

What kind of world do we live in?  What is with these horrible things people say hidden behind their computer screens.  I am sick of it, and it saddens me to be truthful with you.
