I will buy the new Western Star when it has a sleeper attached.  My whole trucking company is long haul stuff.

Judging from the tags in the bottom of those screenshots, the blog post with more of them may appear soon.

No news from the blog to discuss...
So, speaking about Christmas and upgrades:
Some bunch of money suddenly fell on my head three days ago, and some decision came to me almost instantly:

So, in addition to my 27" 16:9, now I have a 34" 21:9 for games with Ultrawide mode support, and now I don’t have to switch my computer between *TS-mode and internet-working-another games-mode, although the whole setup looks a bit crazy ;D.
Turns out the trucking simulator is a perfect game for ultrawide — now I see less of unnessessary parts of the cab, and the game world is roughly 1/3 bigger:

(2/3, if compare to my old 22" 16:10). European trucks FOV looks even more impressive.
So, I am ready to see Wyoming and Iberia in new lighting with bigger field of view, and truly recommend to all game maniacs to try 21:9 monitor, if they have room (and vacant HDMI slot) for it.

WOW!!!!! :D  Hey that's awesome and expensive, lol! :D  It looks like a great upgrade and I hope you truly enjoy it! It will make the wide open spaces of Wyoming and the scenery in Iberia really pop out! :D

Oooooh!!! Looking great, Timmelon! :D And you are right, the whole set up does look a bit crazy!  What is that vertical monitor on the right for?  I've never seen one like that.

That’s just my ten-year old first LCD monitor, which is now used for additional windows — the program I use have them a lot ;D.
Fifteen months ago it was my only monitor in use, then I replaced it with this (much better for eyes, despite the same price), and when you-know-what happened, the old NEC was used firstly for my office PC I took home, and then as a second monitor for my own PC when the office computer returned back (normal people use headsets for conference calls , but I didn’t want to change my beloved headphones, and, in addition, that legendary BM800 microphone is just cheaper than any really good headset, besides, it’s easier to eat and drink when you don’t have that thing in front of your mouth ;D, — some calls could take a couple of hours and happen in dinner time), and now it’s installed vertically just for making the workplace more narrow — it’s no differences between placing the additional windows on the 16:10 or 10:16 monitor... except for a long list of warnings, which look more impressive on the vertical picture ;D. And the first monitor that red table have carried was a 15" CRT Samsung (not my photo), which had a weight almost equal to all my three current monitors together.
P.S. As for the price, all those monitors are not professional, so all set costs cheaper than single 27" Eizo. And the new buy happened mostly because some my colleagues have bought similar-sized monitors lately, and I decided to disable the «my current table configuration is not suitable for 27+" monitors» block in my head ;D.

Congrats! :D  That is nice looking and really does seem to fit the game nicely.  I have a 27'' like your old one by ViewSonic.  It's about five years old now, but I don't plan on changing it until it stops working. :D  Computer stuff it too much money.

Very nice setup/room you have.  I like your plant in the vase. :D  Very classy and much cleaner looking then my desk which has notes and paperwork around it, lol!  I have pens, USB cards, and various work related stuff.  But I also have a plant in a vase as well as a candle that hasn't been lit in a very long time, lol!

Well, I like organizing (especially in hiding the cables, even if that seven-year old photo of my computer says that nothing can be hidden completely) and don’t use so much paper (the printer is located at another side of my room), so there is not so much of stuff which may appear on my tables aside from computers ;D. Maybe, hearing some stereotypical stories about computer geeks (and seeing some food-filled keyboards :-0) made me too disciplined, and it’s a good thing when you care about a lifespan of the hardware. For example, my first keyboard was killed by beer (adults with their adult stuff, ugh... ;D) a month after the computer was bought, and the second one lived for 11 years.
That plant looks pretty nice for a fake one, so I like it too.

That is great you take care of your stuff!  I do as well.  I won't replace something unless I have too. :D  If it still works and isn't hindering my progress, it will be kept, lol.  I can thankfully say I don't have greasy prints, or crumbs on anything either.  I have hidden most of my wires to behind the computer, but I have a wired sound thing that can't be hidden to well and my mouse has a cord still.  I didn't like replacing the batteries on my wireless mouse, lol.

Like you, my past PC lasted lasted about 8 years before it fried itself.  My Apple from that same time period is STILL working, but I did upgrade to a newer one because after now 15 years, it is very slow compared to comps today.  So I have a very old Apple that I no longer use and is nicely packaged in my closet, a newer Apple, and a newer PC that is now about 5-6 years old. I use them for different things and i like the ability to be able to do practically anything.

I finally finished the Christmas haul.  It took me so long this year because I did LONG Hauls instead of short-medium hauls this year.  It's fun watching the cities fill up with deliveries.  The more deliveries we top out trucking community, the more gifts SCS will give us!  If we top 12 cities, we get 12 little trinkets and gifts for our cabins, and paint jobs, anything they throw at us. :D  This is among my fav SCS trucking even tradition they started last year.

I laughed because Hornbrook, CA (spelling?) is the only city that has had zero gifts and shipped from or sent to.  I am guessing it's because the game has no gift deliveries programmed for it, lol!  Poor little town!
