I heard that's one of the risks of vaping... the battery can short and explode right in your face.  At least one case of that has been reported.

There have been many cases (thousands) of that reported.  The FDA even has a whole page about it.

Between 2015-2017 alone, there were over 2,500 reported cases of vape pens exploding and causing harm.  They are not safe for that and other reasons.

Though it seems the fad of vape pens is dying off fairly quickly.

I know a co-worker back in the day that had their vape pen explode, thankfully not while they were using it.  It made them stop using them right away.  So at least there is that...

I planted some tomatoes that are already sprouting! It's been like a week is all.

But I have some weakness — if the tomato don’t look nice, it’s much less enjoyable ;D.
I am fine with not perfect apples, or potatoes — just cut out the part you don’t like, and that’s all. But tomato must be perfect.

Haha.  I am the same way with bananas.  If they are super bruised or too ripe, they get a texture that makes me gag and I just struggle to eat it, lol.

Tomatos also can get too squishy and bruised.

I have no issue with a rough apple, potato, or pear though.
