O, that this too too solid flesh would melt, Thaw and resolve itself into a dew! Or that the Everlasting had not fix'd His canon against self-slaughter! O God! God! How weary, stale, flat and unprofitable, Seem to me all the uses of this world! Fie on't, ah fie, 'tis an unweeded garden, That grows to seed; things rank and gross in nature Possess it merely. That it should come to this! But two months dead, nay not so much, not two, So excellent a king, that was, to this Hyperion to a satyr, so loving to my mother That he might not beteem the wings of heaven Visit her face too roughly. Heaven and earth, Must I remember? Why, she would hang on him, As if the increase of appetite had grown By what it fed on; and yet within a month - Let me think not on't; frailty, thy name is woman - A little month, or ere these shoes were old With which she followed my poor father's body Like Niobe, all tears, why she, even she - O God, a beast that wants discourse of reason Would have mourned longer - married with my uncle, My father's brother, but no more like my father Than I to Hercules. Within a month, Ere yet the salt of most unrighteous tears Had left the flushing in her gall'd eyes, She married. O, most wicked speed, to post With such dexterity to incestuous sheets! It is not, nor it cannot come to good. But break my heart, for I must hold my tongue.

EDITOR'S NOTE: This is the first in a weekly series of reports on how metro road projects are advancing and a look at any changes in traffic patterns that can help drivers navigate the 2019 construction season better. We'll look at major project updates each week as well as some other smaller projects that may affect drivers. The report will be online each Sunday night and in Monday's print edition.

Why aren’t bandage packets easier to open one handed? Like, I never need them when I got both sets of fingers.

The upper level ridge
over the Eastern Pacific will move onshore today, boosting
temperatures through Wednesday. At low levels a thermally induced
surface trough along the Oregon coast today will work northward
along the SW Washington coast Wednesday. This will drive weak
northeasterly offshore flow today and a more easterly offshore flow
Wednesday - which will help make Wednesday the warmer day. Overnight
temperatures tonight will dip into the mid to upper 50s over much of
the interior, helping mitigate the impacts of the very warm daytime
temperatures. Nonetheless, HeatRisk guidance continues to highlight
widespread Moderate conditions Wednesday - which is the level at
which heat-related impacts are most likely associated with heat-
sensitive individuals and those without adequate access to cooling
or hydration. In addition to the very warm temperatures, there
continues to be some potential for instability and weak mid-level
moisture over the Cascades. Leading to some concern for the
potential for dry thunderstorms and dry lightning. This continues to
be a very low likelihood, but it certainly bears mentioning.

The upper level ridge axis will shift east of the Cascades Wednesday
afternoon and the thermally induced surface trough will move
onshore. This will set the stage for the return to onshore flow
Wednesday evening. Thursday will likely see some morning clouds and
cooler - but still above normal temperatures

Stronger onshore flow
Thursday night will set up more morning clouds Friday morning and
more complete cooling. High temperatures in the mid 70s over much
of the interior will still be above normal, but far more pleasant
that those of midweek. Heights will build Friday into Saturday as
an upper level ridge once again settles in along the Oregon and
Washington coasts. Temperatures will warm somewhat Saturday,
however low level onshore flow will limit the warming to the mid
to upper 70s. A series of weak upper level system passing over the
ridge into British Columbia will bring a slight chance of showers
Sunday and Monday, mainly to the north.
