Better then KFC in my opinion... but I don't have a high opinion of KFC.  I am probably the wrong person to ask.  Cheaper then Chick-fil-a but not nearly as good or as real.  On par with Popeye's probably.

In-n-Out anywhere outside of California isn't the same as the originals.  So I would agree, it wouldn't be that good.
