For me, aside from grilled cheese since everyone in the house can make one, would have to be these potato bites thing I did when we had nothing else to eat. I took 3 potatoes, peeled them, spiced them up with salt, pepper, prapika, and garlic powder, and tried different ways of cooking them. The best way is 20-30 minutes in the over to thourghly cook them, and then place them on a buttered pan to crisp them. If I had some cheese around, they would be like a homemade fiesta potato from Taco bell.
