So I was playing this cheap-looking Flash game, "Never Ending Level Game". It had 300 levels.

On day 2 of playing it, I reached level 113. (I admit I had a walkthrough to help me here and there. ::))

Level 113 had this looong paragraph I needed to read. I couldn't click or do anything else. So I went to look at the walkthrough on another tab. And while I was, suddenly, there was this woman scream (followed by Psycho-like strings). I figured, "meh, some strange ad that popped up on one of my tabs".

No. It came from THE GAME ITSELF. I clicked its tab, and there was this weird image of a guy doing something unnatural with his eyes, zooming in and out.

O_O

Then, a message scrolled up, saying that the game was a screamer the whole time, and that I wasted my time playing the first 112 levels.

Theeen, the screen displayed "APRIL FOOLS!" and the game resumed like normal.

TRUE STORY (And it happened today.)

For those interested, I gave up on level 137, IIRC. The game was becoming too boring and repetitive for me.
