Although there was one moment with sniffing a flower, but it was cut by the next scene .

A lot of noses were attacked by the stinky hoof polish, but nopony made a snee.

Based on the gifs I have seen pop up, a new episode seems to involve something that smells bad.  I doubt it leads to character's sneezing though, but probably lots of sniffing and nose stuff.

OK, I have complained very much about there are powderous glitters with zero nose-tickling power.
In today’s Tell Your Tale episode we have such powder with power to turn ponies into baby form when you touch it . And how to cover the group of ponies with glitter? Of course, by sneezing into the cup with it!

However, the sneeze is pretty meh for me. The long «choooooo» resembles me a flyaway Pinkie sneeze, which still sounds more hot . (also, it was pretty good detailed — on slow speed and with a good quality you can see how that pink cloud not just dissipates, but partially comes into Pinkie’s fun-loving nose as well)
