"Celestial Advice"
Episode one of season 7 will premier April 15, 2017. It is the 144th episode of MLP:FiM.
SYNOPSIS: Unsure of Starlight Glimmer's future as her student, Twilight Sparkle seeks help from her former mentor, Princess Celestia.
-
I can't believe it! Our seventh season of this show is about to begin! I am very excited and can't wait to see how they start us off! Speculation?
-
I think they will get us real excited like season 6. ;D But then sadly, season 6 just didn't do all the great things it could have done after that great first episode. But still, I think season 7 will be good.
-
I am willing to bet it will be a good season too.
-
We've made it, we have freaking made it everyone. Welcome to season 7.
-
Hey Wolf. What are your thoughts?
-
I have every reason to believe season 7 will strive to be better then the previous seasons. I have no doubt they gave it their all, and I look forward to their work and toil.
-
I'm shocked by the positiveness in your response, Wolf!
-
Just because I am a turd, you think I am incapable of positivity? Yeah.. your right most of the time. ;) But I am really forward to this season.
I'm not one of those debbie downers who will just put it down for no reason yet. There are plenty of those, and I see no reason to do that.
-
I'm going to watch it on the tube. You guys?
-
If I can, I will certainly see it on tv.
-
I bet this year, Hasbro will be all over stopping the circulation of episodes online. So I don't except episodes to be on Youtube long or at all.
-
That would be scary if we can't catch them on Youtube, especially if we miss them.
-
Oh I hope not.
-
We'll see though. No reason to think they will... I'm no freaking debbie downer after all.
-
Of course not. ::)
-
SEASON 7! :D Yes! :D This will be awesome! And of course, we will all once again keep a look out on sneezes this season.
-
I predict no sneezes this season.
-
Of course, APD!
-
Why do you think that, Silverwing?
-
I'm the Debbie Downer today!
I just... I don't know. A hunch.
-
I bet the episode Twi babysits a certain someone, they will sneeze.
-
Jesus Christ. I go wash my face and I come back and forums bustling when it was dead before? Tf.
But yea. Woo. New season, Yee haw
-
Very possible, APD.
-
Face washing takes you away from the finer things in life... like fine linen.
-
I bet we will have a sneeze or two... OR TWO.
-
I got my fingers crossed, but overall, I really finally want to see a Twilight sneeze. She needs one.
Oh.... and a great storyline this season.
-
Sneezes before story, of course. ::)
-
Okay, I will step out on the edge and say... Twilight will not sneeze this season! :O
-
No! Don't say that, Smiles! No!
-
Such a valued risk to your very being, Smiles.
-
I think that too. No Twi sneeze, no sneezes at all this season.
-
No! You guys! No! :(
-
There will be a sneeze this season, just not from Twilight.
-
What role will Starlight and Trixie play?
-
After the first few episodes, they will fall into oblivion and be forgotten like season 6, only to be brought back up at random times...
-
Trixie can be around sometimes... but it should mainly be Starlight and the rest of the mane 6.
-
I think what Silver says will happen. They might go back to the route of episode just following single characters again or small groups.
-
Well whatever happens, I am excited as all POOP for this new season.
-
I hope Starlight gets a bigger role and we see some more of Trixie's relation with Star and friendship grow. I like how Twi still doesn't like Trixie and visa versa.
-
Yes, me too. I hope that too. Also lets see Spike start hanging with Starlight again. Make some character development this season. I think that is what I want most.
-
I hope they utilize the cast better this season. Let us see people more fluidly instead of long droughts without them.
-
Well, should be fun tomorrow. :)
-
Looking greatly forward to it. I'm being called to go watch a movie, so I better run. Good night guys.
-
Good night, Silverwing.
-
Good night to you guys leaving.
-
I got my fingers crossed, but overall, I really finally want to see a Twilight sneeze. She needs one.
Oh.... and a great storyline this season.
I kinda doubt at this point they'll make her. She's all princessy now.
-
If there is one thing we've earned from all those crap tabloids in supermarkets is that "stars and royalty are just like us!"

This is something I've thought of as well. The producers certainly wouldn't want to make the princesses sneeze. It just wouldn't seem... "regal", I guess.
So, IF that's the case, Twilight could possibly never sneeze on the show, now that she's a princess.
HOWEVER, if that's not the case, it could simply be that the producers haven't made them sneeze yet.
-
She really has no reason to, basically. Unless she gets some royal flu or some shizz.
-
If Twilight never sneezes... this WHOLE series will not ever be complete to me.
Series ruined.
-
Pffff

As silly as that is...... I would never feel complete either.

-
I'm telling you. A full series deal breaker.
-
Imagine this. Last episode of the show. The show literally ends, and Twilight just randomly sneezes before it fades to black and then it's over.
Like they series creators did that in spite of us till the very end. ;D
-
That would be super funny. Well played them. ;D
-
That would be just odd
-
It's like a big "F YOU Wolf!"
Do it! I DARE YOU GUYS!
-
?
-

Well, technically speaking, nopony has any reason to, basically. Simply, they've happened to come across certain things and/or events that made them sneeze, and it hasn't happened to Twilight yet. At least, that's how I see it.
But I see what you mean. ;)
-
Damnit. My niece doesn't want to watch the MLP. So I have no excuse to watch it OTL
-
You need an excuse to watch it? XD
-
They premiered both episodes during the convention. Laughter was had by all
-
Nice. And yes. I'm not watching in my bros house by myself
-
We messed up, two episodes premiered today.
-
Off to a great start this season. :) I will wait till more people see it.
-
Two episodes as in the standard 2 episode premiers, or did they do two seperate unconjoined stories? cuz that's weird.
-
Two separate episodes today. Two 22 minutes episodes not related.
-
That's just weird.
-
They can try something new, gurl, it's not weird. :P
Anyway, just finished watching it.
And I LOVED IT!! ;D One heck of a way to start season 7. :D
-
Good episode and a good start to the new season. I enjoyed Twilight's magical moments and her imagining of things. :) Spike was great with his comments the whole episode too, and Discord is really still much a master of chaos.
-
Thorax is such a wimpy leader! He will be stepped on all the time, and he is not fit to be a leader. Absolutely horrible! He was an outcast and then just thrown to lead. He is NOT a leader.
Great start to the season. A more bland season opener, no world saving, and I am just fine with that.

*twilight lists off everything Starlight has proven herself to do*
WHEN.
Too bad the show never actually showed us any of it.

RIGHT?
-
So like, all this praise for Starlight feels ridiculously unfounded. we had 2, TWO episodes about her not counting the premiere and finale. One of them involving her being a "don't tell me what to do mom!" teenage-esk brat, and the other basically using another date-rape drug esk spell to basically shirk off friendship lessons.
And all that stuff about her "being ready to move on" like, WHAT? Twilight didn't graduate after finishing off Nightmare Moon, she just continued a different field of studies to learn. Twilight was trying to find a place to send Starlight off to teach, teach I don't know what since she learned jack shit, as we see in the next episode her completely forgetting the "don't use magic as a solution to everything" lesson. Blugh.
Only nice parts of the episodes were I suppose the interactions between Twilight and Celestia, minus what they were actually discussing >.>
Oh, and Celestia laughing at Twilight. Gold tier shit there man. Hilarious.
-
I don't think Twi should have graduated Twi yet. We should have seen more of that developing instead of lame filler episodes they did last season.
-
Very content with this episode. It was good, but nothing spectacular.
-
8/10.

I think it was a unique take to see Twilight truly unsure and ask for guidance. I liked this episode. Then of course ole' Celestia laughs in her face. Sun butt!
