Format & re-install.

That was always my go-to option for Windows.  I used to do it at least yearly.

LP (+friend?) is 100% correct that throwing a System Restore in its face can work wonders on occasion, and is worth trying first.  And also that it's worth booting in safe mode to see whether you can isolate the craziness to a particular (set of) applications.  In safe mode you can try opening up msconfig and disabling all items under Startup and all non-Microsoft services under Services, restart and see if things improve.  If so, you can start bisecting the list of startup items & services to work out what's causing the problem (turn half back on, test & iterate) or you can use the reprieve to make a good backup to a non-system disk, in preparation for a re-install (or even just as a matter of good practice if you don't currently have one).

Oh, also: Neither of those error logs are smoking guns.  I'd also caution against stressing over Event Viewer logs -- it is a known scam opening that someone will call you up and tell you that you computer has a virus, then "prove" it by getting you to open Event Viewer and be shocked by all the "warnings" and "errors".  Granted, 600/min is quite a lot for a machine that's not got heavy auditing enabled.

Can you reinstall the computer as if it were new?  Like start fresh over?

Uhhhh... Not to sound insensitive, but that's a lot of computers to go through in such a short period of time. Is it perhaps something you are doing to the computers that is fudging them up?
I don't think a tower is going to help...
