I watched the Nebraska gameplay video.  I am filled with warm fuzzies! Hope we see one of Switzerland too.

Which ETS2 country do you think will be reworked after Switzerland?

I am thinking Belgium and continental France, the older parts.

UK looks much much more obsolete than the areas you listed ;D.

SCS doesn't seem to want to go back and fix the UK.

I do think Belgium will be done... then maybe Czech Republic?  Their home country?  lol

Today we have a post with reminder (if there were no experimental beta, this could be called the announcement ;D) about the updates of International LT and Lonestar.

What can I say about I have already seen in beta, I definitely like the updated exterior and interior details for LT. As for the engines, the new ones are not in the power range I usually use ;D. By the way, this S13 line is made in collaboration with Scania.

We're so close.  Maybe within a month's time we will all be experiencing the 1.50 updates. :D

And they will both come at relatively the same time so you can't choose which to play.

Since Switzerland will have some completely new mountain roads, I am going to start from there. However, the ATS is probably meant to be updated one or two days earlier, so there will be time to look at California update as well ;D.

This new California rework update will actually cover more landmass than the Switzerland rework in terms of geographic landmass. That is kind of mind blowing.

SCS is making two massive reworks that are DLC worthy, completely free.

I know the California rework is from San Francisco to about Frenso and almost to Bakersfield, but not including Bakerfield.  Switzerland doesn't fit perfectly but it is pretty close. The California rework has way more cities in it than the 3 we know of for Switzerland.  This also just blows my mind to again remember how massive and vast the United States is.

Just did a long drive from the southern tip of Italy to Finland.  I watched the environment change from Mediterranean to cooler lowland tundra (kinda).  Lol!  I like how you can drive that route now without noticing a major drop off on map quality.  Went through Germany without an issue except for some ai accident blocking the autobahn.

Nice to see them investing in new buildings.  I am sure some of the stuff from West Balkans will fit right in with these styles.

Also the image with Switzerland over California shows just how massive the US.  It blows me mind Switzerland fits just a small portion of that State!

Looks good. Having been to Greece, I must say I do not like their current day building style.  A lot looks rundown pretty fast.  But their ancient stuff, oh my, it's beautiful, lol!

Crazy how these Euro countries are so tiny and have so many people in them due to eras of people populating them.  They also have distinct cultures and identities in such tiny spaces.
