Oh, I also work in the Autodesk software — not Maya, but also a stuff to create the 3D buildings and put various structures and systems inside.
Since the facilities developed by us have at least a couple of loading depots, the architects use a plugin for drawing truck routes (with selectable truck configuration, of course), which apparently are calculated for a certified driver with good skills in reversing. The assets for a driving game should have much more free space around the truck .

As for the PNW states rework — I don’t see the reasons to do this except for bringing some specific locations to more realistic look.

The cities especially could use some heavy reworks to match current levels of work.  They could keep the roads and everything the same, but now that they have more modern building and depots, they could rework those and improve the highway exits/entrances.  Throw in some of the newer trees and water and it's good.  They wouldn't need to redo entire road networks.

I wish them to catch at least one new license for the trailer manufacturers . I actually like how the typical ETS trailer parking looks now — even if there are several curtainsiders in a row, they are from the different brands and look a little different, which adds more realism (sadly, it requires to give money for these DLCs ).

The Western Star Nation event is taking place this weekend and SCS will be there likely with their ATS rigs and at the same time schmoozing with Western Star for future updates.  They also mentioned they plan to go "fishing" while in the PNW.  So likely they will do some research of the region too.  Nevada and Arizona are going to be reworked first.  This hasn't been announced, but it is planned.
