Not even being sarcastic.  First ran across it back in the '80s and it's one I still keep coming back to.  It's also probably the game with the longest ongoing development, seeing as how it's still maintained to this day.  You can even get graphical interfaces for it, though I've always preferred the traditional ASCII interface...something about the monsters being cryptic characters makes them more ominous for me.

What is it?  I just see a wall of text.  Teach me your ways.

For anyone into those old Sierra Online adventure games from the 90's, they're all on Steam now. (about $20 for the full series, $9.99 individually I think). :3

I used to own Space Quest in a collection on a CD box waaay long ago back at Big Lots. It doesn't work anymore... but hey, that's what Steam is for. I'mma nab it.  n wn
