Pinkie Pie looks like she is wearing white tights now, and Rainbow will have some serious wedgies in her new spandex pants.  Sunset has totally new clothes.  Hard to see Rarity and Twilight's, but they look similar.  Fluttershy is similar, but a little different.  Applejack looks the most similar.

So how will this show differ from the parent series?  Less emphasis on magic, more high-school drama style plotlines? More modern technology like computers, cell phones, and flat-screen TVs?  Will a lot of the humor revolve around the girls' dating lives?  Will Ember show up as a dog, like Spike? Will human version of griffins, hippogriffs, and yaks also appear?

We've seen a lot through the years but it's mainly less magic, more girl-drama life stories.

So they're just short filler cartoons, not a full 22 minutes? Reminds me of those weird little Flash-animated interactive  'toons  they used to have before the dot-com bubble burst-- Joe Cartoon, The G.D. George Liquor Show, Weekend Pussy Hunt... though a lot cuter, of course.
