You can see a lot of artists REDESIGN the EQG style to a more appealing style in their eyes.  Most reduced the size of their super tall legs and didn't make them all so thin, also aging them up.


Part of the reason for EQG's lesser success and discussion was it's lack of it being a regular series and no set schedule for new episodes.  It was so random being an online program, sometimes a tv program, sometimes regular length, sometimes a short, sometimes a tv special.  It never made much sense and should have been a full on tv show similar to MLP:FiM or any other show and follow that format in length and schedulability.

Exactly.  It should have been on tv as a regular show as well.  They marketed it HORRIBLY and shared it in various places horribly, making it hard for people to find the show and understand what was happening.

Screen-capping and judicious rearranging of the frames from an old cartoon produces this "sneeze". Sadly, the b-and-w print ruins a quite visually-interesting gag showing a man having an awful fit of temper, making it look--erhm--unfortunate.   If the images were computer-colored to make his complexion appear yellowish-green, it'd be an interesting (and perhaps a bit disturbing) visual representation of a terrible cold, with a head full of mucus.

Lousy host site, probably.  I had the same problem with Photobucket when they switched from a free site to a pay one.  Most of my links at the old ProBoards forum are ghosts now.

I hate what Photobucket has done.  Before them Imageshack did the same thing.  I don't even know if imageshack is around after they FORCED people to pay.  What a stupid model.

They are, but I don't know anyone who still uses them.  I can't even fish out a link to an old sketch I posted, like, ten years ago, without upgrading and paying their exorbitant fees.  I've long since moved on to Dropbox and Google Drive... and my dA St.ash cache, of course.
