Hazbin Hotel / Helluva Boss Discussion Topic

Hazbin Hotel has been met with much success as well as its critics.

In a surprise release by the same folks that brought you, "Hazbin Hotel," we now have "Helluva Boss!"  Another pilot which in many ways could work even better than Hazbin Hotel as a series, even if the plot is not as plot heavy.  But it could make for some ridiculous humor and events.  One thing this pilot has over the others is some true voice talent.  Richard Horvitz, the voice of invader Zim, voices the character Moxxie in this pilot.  How they were able to get him to do this astounds me.  The animation is also quite good and the script is well done.  There is a tone of taboo, cursing, and things children shouldn't see.  This staff seems to have a thing for Hell being used as a background, but here you have it.  Another surprise pilot!

What do you think and do you like this more or less than Hazbin Hotel?

It was good.  It was a all over the place and that can be something people like or not.  I feel it's more comedy based and less story based.

I watched it.  It was well done.  But I don't like their super "Edgy" adult humor. It's very low brow.  But that is a matter of taste.  Some people may love that.

Animation was good and the voice work was great.

I personally enjoyed it.... but it would probably be a good adult cartoon.

It was okay.  Credit to them on the animation and character designs.  I found this more fun and less story driven then their other Hazbin thing.

Hazbin Hotel has been picked up by a distributor to be on television or streaming service.  They have investors.

Not my cup of tea in the content the show provided, but it's quite an achievement.  Going from nothing to something!  Good for them!

My thought are almost the same, but I really like the animation and all things related to Charlie*.
So it would be nice to see her cute face expressions again.
