Nobody knew what was going on in the 80s for cartoons.  It was a wild time of sell, sell, sell.  Toys, toys, toys.  No storyline or depth.  Kids are dumb.  Just make anything and they will watch it and buy it.

Eh, still not as bad a fiasco as that Geico Cavemen show.

Which is a better caption: "I don't know if it's more racist or sacrilegious", or "Ugg the Caveman died for your sins"?

Truly one of the early 2000's biggest TV misfires, lasting only six weeks on ABC. There were plans to release it on DVD, but execs decided instead to burn all the footage, piss on the ashes, and never talk about it again. [1]
