I am going to have to go with the hill climb guys.  There is a lot of technique and skill to choose right lines and angles to take.

A window that opens from the bottom (top hung outward) or a window that opens from the side (side hung outward/inward)?

Lol. Even when the stair is out of the lobby (smoke-proof, you know ;D), I’d rather walk than use the elevator.

Speaking of elevators, which one do you like more, with a stainless steel interior or wood panels interior?

Fan on a stand I think.... It can allow me to put it in smaller spots.  But box fans seem to produce more air movement.
