Does anyone here find certain random mundane things to be oddly satisfying? For me, there's two things I strangely enjoy... First is when I fill a glass with ice cubes and then pour lemonade, soda, ice tea, etc. into the glass and hear the ice cracking. Second is when I'm grilling a steak or chop and I flip it after one side finishes cooking and I get that very loud sizzle from the uncooked side making initial contact with the pan/grill. Anyone else here get a strangely relaxing sense of satisfaction from any other little things like that?

I like putting mail in a mail box, and closing the flap and hearing the mail slide down.

I love the sound of a drink pouring into a cup and hearing the ice crackle, the condensation on the glass. Let me one up this.
If you have canned drink and you pour it into a glass, and it fits just perfectly in the glass in one pour.

I love the crunchy sounds of a fresh carrot and cucumber, especially if you split them with hands and you get to hear that snap and then you get to bite and crunch it!
Also rice crispies, the sound when you pour the milk in and the first crackles are the loudest, love it~

What about the thunk of a nice sounding car door close? The sound of significance, quality material.
