I make lunches like that every day for work.

Smart, saves a lot of money and it's somewhat healthier too then whatever you would buy.




So for dinner I made chicken breast stuffed with cheese, and wrapped in bacon!  I splurged, lol!  I also made roasted autumn vegetables.

It was to be last night's leftover chicken soup, but my brother left it on the boil too long and burned it.  So now we're trying to figure out what to have instead.  While we wait, here is a joke I am workshopping:
