^And I can’t do any of 1.37 screenshots anymore :'(.
Oh, and another thing I forgot to mention: since the 2020 is the year of shortcuts in ATS ;D, it would be nice to do something similar in ETS:

There is a road in that place (called E75), so it could really save some time for people who want to reach Helsinki’s port from the east.

Why can't you go back to 1.37 anymore?  I still can.  (Not that I have any reason to go back... ;) )

Yes, I agree with you on Helsinki needing that route. Also they need to add the connection of I-184 into Boise.  For some reason they make us go on a side road to reach downtown Boise even though the freeway goes right into downtown (They even designed the freeway but for some reason we can't drive it).

Possibly space issues in both cases?

I can’t do the screenshots because I don’t wanna back. That’s more correct ;D.

Possibly space issues in both cases?
Hmm, I think it’s a valid explanation. I believe there are a lot of places where they need to switch between 1:20 and 1:1 scales and Helsinki (for example) was stretched well in one direction, but it ended very close to the container port at other side, so no space for this road was left.
It’s like LV outskirts, especially after revamp — the Hoover Dam have been pushed a few miles eastern of NV-AZ border (drawn one, not real ;D), because the huge city leaves no room on the map there:

^ Thanks for the photos!!!

Sometimes I feel SCS would do better to not follow on scale so close.  Cities already in the game go by a different time scale when you drive into them.  Time is slower.  That map can always be toyed with to make things be in the right spot.  For example it bugs me how Portland, Oregon invades into Washington in the map.  Why can't they just tuck Portland into Oregon?  Call it a day.

The best thing of course would be for them to move to a BIGGER map size. ;D :D I am sure many happy truckers would like that.  Haha!

It bugs me too when things go out of their boundaries, lol!  Still have yet to drive the revamped LV.

A pack of screenshots from Colorado DLC:

Nothing too different from flat parts of OR and ID, but the more important news are that Colorado will probably have some new agricultural cargoes. The comments for that post already are demanding livestock trailers, and (judging from screenshot above) I am happy that this state will be the next triple-friendly area ;D.
So, the ETS cattle trailers impress us with their height, and ATS ones will probably grow in length.

SCS didn't wait too long did they?

The ATS cattle trailers will practically be trains on the road! ;)

I wonder when they will tease us with all of Colorado's mountains and beauty?  They did this one purpose!

New screenshots from Iberia DLC:

The most ATS-like part of ETS map ;D. I think there will be a lot of comparison like that when this DLC will come out.

I wonder if the ETS2 team got to use some of the handy assets already made by the ATS team?  :)

I'm surprised SCS hasn't posted anything new.  But it's okay.  They need a break once in awhile. ;D

We got spoiled.  Now it is back to reality for a little bit. ;)

I do hope they have more trucking events.  I personally wish they had them more often.  Maybe a weekly mileage or load goal too would be cool.

Not exactly a trucking event, but I think that diversity is good :).
