I can't get it at the moment since classes are gonna start, but the Raan Origins soundtrack is a roller-coaster of awesome music.

I would have to agree that Skyrim has a good soundtrack, but even better (maybe it's just nostalgia) is the soundtrack for Oblivion.  No matter what, all the later Elder Scrolls games have top notch soundtracks.

I loved the theme of Morrowind personally.  It was less in your face and was wonderful.  But Skyrim's was great too.  Love the landscape music of Cyrodill.

I love the Witcher 3 ST. What a great mix of epic and eastern european folklore music. I wholeheartedly recommend it. I didn't expect to like it on it's own, but now it's on almost all my playlists.

The Witcher III has a wonderful soundtrack.  I agree as well.  One of my favorite areas of music is around the Skellige Islands.  Sort of a mix of Norse and even Celtic at times.  It's really neat.

Most RPG type games have great soundtracks. :)  All the Elder Scrolls, Witcher games.  I haven't listened to Dragonage, but it might be the same thing.

In terms of a sort of more "medieval fantasy" sort of style, I don't know if it'd fit entirely, but Zelda games typically have a good sounding soundtrack with that sort of theme. I recently picked up Majora's Mask again and I remembered how great the soundtrack for that game was. The Song of Healing in particular was something I forgot how much I loved.

Since people are talking about medieval and open world games too, I am wondering if that new game, "Kingdom Come: Deliverance", if it has a good soundtrack?  I haven't heard anything as it just came out. I don't own it either.

Old Zelda games have a good soundtrack depending on who you ask, yes.

I actually always liked the soundtrack of Obvlion better then Skyrim's.  More memorable tunes.  Both are wonderful for chilling out too.

Kan Gao does does a spectacular re-occuring music theme in his game, "Finding Paradise."

The song a full listen.  He uses certain notes throughout the soundtrack and it really accomplishes a wonderful piece in music that evokes introspective thought and memories of times from the past.

That is really good.  Wonder if the game itself is equally as good?
