So I am looking to get a new credit card since I am leaving my company and losing my company credit card.

So what do you guys use or like?  I would like opinions if you have them.  I don't care for air miles, so cash back, rewards, etc, would probably be best for me.  I have looked at all those "10 best credit card" websites, but was wondering what actual users thing of theirs and maybe you will bring something up I did not think about.

I usually use my credit card for online only.  I try to pay cash with everything else.  Opinions, thoughts, advice, BEGIN!

Discover seems to be a fairly popular rewards-based card.  Last I recall, Visa had a slight edge on places they're accepted.  What I'd consider more important would be getting a card through a credit union rather than a bank if you can.

A credit union?  Why would you do that?

I like Visa. Visa is cool.
My family also uses Discover, I believe. But I think that's one card, for my moms business.

I have an Amazon Visa cause I buy so much shit from Amazon.  I get 3% back on that.  2% on food/dining and 1% on everything else.

Do you only get money back to spend at Amazon, or can you get it back in the form of cash/gift cards?

I don't really have much experience with credit cards. I tried to apply for a gas card so I could build up some easy credit but I was decline because I have zero credit.

Depends what you want to do.  Chase offers a pretty good one right now... they offer like fifty different cards.

I will have to look into the Amazon one too.  I was looking into credit unions.
