I wonder if they will use that trope of when each character tells their story, the art style changes....

I doubt they will though since they don't want to create new FLASH rigs...

They might.  At the bare minimum I hope when AJ tells her story, the others all have southern accents.

I love King of the Hill.  Wish that show was never cancelled.  LOL!  Great scene.

Cliche over-used plot mechanism alert!  But did MLP do a better job at it?  Find out.

Best part of the episode was seeing some old gags with Rarity being used again such as ice cream gallons and a fainting chair.  Also some of the best animation this series has done was done on scenes with the ship entering a storm, watching a 3D modeled boat move around, great waves and cloud movement, some really good stuff.  I step up for this series and it made me wonder how good the film could do doing scenes as smoothly as that, but a hundred times better and more advanced even.  Beautiful new scenery and what an awesome looking harbor town they live near.  I would like a desktop of that!

The plot was good enough.  It wasn't by far the worst not the best, and it was nice seeing Twilight have to think again.  One could say the plot was just retelling the same 2 minute story over and over, and stretching it out, but it was varied enough and just fine for the application it was in.  The ending was.... the weakest part.  It all concluded too hunky dory and maybe a bit too perfect with Twilight figuring some far fetched aspects out so well.

Overall it was a decent enough episode with some great high points in scenery and animation.

I give this episode a 6/10.

7/10.  I have to agree with Rainy above.  He said it pretty good, and he was right about the cool animation with the storm and the harbor town looked really neat.

An idea from Smiles to post episode reactions here. XD

(Editing was a bit off on this one. Video in the corner was a second ahead of the noise coming from my computer.

Nice improvement though to have the episode  there with you.  Haven't watched it yet.  Maybe I should watch it as you react, lol.

Unapologetic and cross dressing.

Watched the episode and I thought it was decent.  5/10.  It was alright.

I love how ya'll are giving it 5/10 and 6/10 and still giving its a "it was good" or "alright". Like what haha. Bad grade but still good? You confuse me sometimes.

It can be good, and still get a 6.  That is a solid D.  Lol!  Some things were good, but other things were not.   Silver seemed the most non-confusing, and Rainy too.
