I don't think it's a lake guys.  The wood piling in the water suggest it once had a dock there.  I am willing to bet that is an ocean or more protected waters connected to the ocean.  Given the tree's and setting, it appears to be along the west coast.

No it isn't.  It is along the Puget Sound which is an extension of the Pacific Ocean. :)
