I stopped reading the blog post comments because they made me so mad about all the whining people complaining SCS 'forgot' about ETS2.  It's like these people ignore the blog post just a month ago when SCS said they only post blog posts when they have content to show.  If they show things too early, people will complain about the long wait.  We already know a ton ETS2 DLC is coming, yet we still have IDIOTS complain.  And they only complain in ATS blog posts which really sucks.  Don't they realize both these games are from one company and both are awesome?  They should be thrilled to get news at all.  These butthurt ETS2 people are actually dividing the fandom and have been since day one.  It keeps getting worse and I am sick of it.

This blog post had 11 comments and 7 of the comments are all related to whining ETS2 players complaining they don't have new content.

So here are some comments from people below....
-----------------

"cmon guys you only post ATS content ? tell us something new about ets2 aswell" - Iønut Alexander

"4 ATS blogs in a row, while there were no pictures of Greece or Nordics in like 4 entire months? What's next, another 2, 3 ATS posts, followed by an American truck dlc, a research or museum post about ATS and only then something about ETS that is also not about Greece/Nordics, followed by ATS again?" - Kos Digital

"There's always a salty ETS2 only fans on these ATS blogs. I'm quite sure you don't play ATS. If you did, you be happy to see any type of content that comes from SCS." - Flight50

"2 different things he reffered to and what you are talking.. nobody said anything that we mind the ats posts but there are 5 ATS posts and 1 ets2 post there must be a BALANCE in order to show to the fans they care about both of the communities" -  Iønut Alexander

"I agree with Flight50, ATS is evaluated on its first year sale version (2016) before map rescale. ATS deserve to be played today, it's a great game as ETS2 is, both game sould be only one entity, there is no reason to separate these jewels." - 2CVSUPERGT

"american news everyday...you're absolutely forgot about ets.... or you're finished the all content with ets" - Артис Июльский

"Yeah, they are done with ETS2, they will change the name of the company to "SCS American" /s" - Joe Alex

The rift among some in the Truck sim community is very upsetting.  It feels like it's mostly coming from the ETS2 people as I never see ATS people complaining in the ETS2 posts or forums.  I feel some of the ETS2 people who complain either never played ATS or only played it upon release and never came back, so not giving the game a fair shake.

It's really unfortunate. ATS deserves a much bigger player base than it has.

What's gonna happen to all the blog post complainers is eventually SCS will just block posting.  They're doing it to themselves.

^It’s much less flat than Kansas and Oklahoma!

UPD:
Still no ETS posts .
I would like to see the comparison screenshots (SCS did it several times before) with the current version of SF, but... maybe, we will have a chance to compare by our own really soon.

OH MY GOSH!  This might be the best part of the California rework!  It looks incredible from the increased draw distance, while keeping and improving the character of the city! It looks amazing.

There is NO denying how great that SF looks in those photos.  The new skyscrapers are beautiful eye candy.  I love the new draw distance and how we can see so far.  Everything looks crisp.  If i have time this weekend, I might try to get side by side photos of old and new.

I can confirm from the trailer, this is the most 'California' I've felt yet in this game.  It feels and looks legitimate!!! So excited to explore these updates environs.

Even if Greece will be one of the smallest map DLCs, it surely will be compensated by the level of details... and MOUNTAINS! ;D.
