Are low-budget movies bad?
Not necessarily. Some movies were made with extremely low budgets, and were a success at the box office all the same.
Low-budget movies are only bad when said low budget prevents you from doing your own stuff.
For example, some time ago, it wasn't uncommon for low-budget movies to reuse action scenes from bigger-budget movies. Usually only two or three of those scenes would be pasted into a low-budget movie, back in those days.
However, some movies had such low budgets, that they had to go through a whole DVD collection to get footage.
You might think I'm exaggerating, but I'm not. In 1999, such a movie, entitled "Stealth Fighter", was released. The list of movies it took scenes from, is enormous. Here it is, in chronological order.
1. Diamonds Are Forever (1971)
