That's true.  I wonder what they can do with source code?  I know people can piggyback on their work... I would assume major companies wouldn't do that though.

I actually liked the trailer alot and it's gotten me pretty excited for it the visuals are stunning and I'm curious to see how it will all go, shame how it had to happen though.

I'm just curious if this is all a lot of nothing at the moment though.  We've still had no official word.  The fact they are not outright saying it is false worries me as they watch their stock slide.  You'd think they would want to fix that.  So it leads me to believe a delay is imminent.
