Luckily you are okay there, FoxTail.  You always gotta watch out for dumb drivers like that who should not even have licenses!  It's one thing if she acknowledged her error and apologized, but the fact she didn't makes her even more horrible.  Glad you are okay.

Little place called Spokane, Washington... not that little.  Over 200,000 people.  That is the Monroe Street Bridge.  They have a gondola that goes up the Spokane River Falls.  Here is another angle from the bridge looking towards the falls and the park.
