Y'know, both Neil Patrick Harris and George Takei are gay. Not together, of course... I think. (a la Seinfeld) Not that there's anything wrong with that....
* The Adventures of Pete and Pete-- a rare misfire from the early golden days of Nickelodeon. Never could get into it.
* The White Shadow -- No, it's not the name of an obscure superhero. It's a drama about a white coach leading a black inner-city basketball team. First, not a sports guy. Two-- what the hell? I realize the seventies were a a more permissive time, but these days if you refer to an African-American coach as "The Black" anything, be prepared to get sued, yanked off the air, and beaten, in that order.
* Cavemen. Okay, who greenlighted this one? Stretching a series of 30-sec sketches and a one-note joke into a 22-minute "buddy"sitcom... and then trying to make it a metaphor for race relations while at the same time denying that you're trying to make it a metaphor for race relations. Like the episode where the cavemen learned that another caveman was secretly shaving off his body hair to pass as a human. Yeah, some human guys do that do, bub. They're called homos.

Some of those anime shows suffer a lot in the American dubs, but a lady friend of mine who watches the original foreign language shows assures me that, yes, it's just as dumb in the original Japanese.
A lot of shows for younger audiences have made my crap list-- anything with the names Haim Saban or Shucki Levy on it (including the Power Rangers, The Big Band Beetleborgs, and the V.R. Troopers), The Mighty Ducks (not the movies, the animated series, which was about hockey-playing alien ducks), Quack Pack (a pale imitation of DuckTales with teenage versions of Huey, Dewey, and Louie), and Will and Dewitt. Think Calvin and Hobbes but annoying and without any of the charm or conflict, and Hobbes is a gay frog. One episode was about Will, the boy, being dared to drink pickle juice and freaking out about it... I was waiting for the kid to man up and chug the whole jar. I do it all the time. Cripes, kid, grow a pair.
I also hated the later episodes of Sliders after Prof. Arturo left. I think the shark jumped into the portal with him.
