I'm not sure how we do it. Probably would be something digital is my guess.

I think like, everyone makes a wish list. A mod like scrambles names, and the privately gives people their match. And then it's up to each person to see how they go about giving a gift. Whether it be by paying for a commission for them, buying them credit fora commission, drawing of writing them something with characters they've written in their wish list. Stuff like that.

Wouldn't the organizer not be able to has a secret Santa? Since they'd know who they assigned to their name? I like how you included Smiles last year. Maybe switch this year?

Darrin doesn't need to play. ;) Let Smiles still be in. We didn't get to accomplish it last year because of that dumb thing that happened and caused us to all freak out. Luckily we all came back together. That is hard to do online.

We should also celebrate us coming together. Our anniversary of PSF being officially opened when the day comes. February something it was I believe.

We should totally do this and have a yearly celebration for our community. All a Thanksgiving celebration and Christmas. ;) Making traditions since 2016!

What do we even say?

That's how we did it last year. We write out a wish list of say who we'd like to see sneeze or who we'd just like to see drawn or written about. Then whoever gets your name looks at your list and picks one to do for you. Or they can do something you didn't write down. But the list is like to help you get an idea.

Okay, we should make a deadline for sign ups. Does November 20th sound like a good deadline? That gives everybody a little more than a month to prepare gifts and stuff.

I can offer either art or writing.
Art wise it'd be something simple that doesn't take too long to get done.

So how do we prepare the gifts? Who will we know who to give it to?

A mod will scramble the names and PM you with who you have for a secret Santa.
When Christmas comes you can post your gift. Or you can do it earlier if you wish.
I say we should prob post wish lists as well. Unless you really don't care what people give you. But it is nice to at least give a little guide. Like say if you want human or pony or SU or furry.

Usually when you say you want to be part of the Secret Santa you post your wish list at the same time.
Since this one already has a lot of posts and the wish lists may get buried, I'll make a new Secret Santa topic specifically for people to say they're in and to post their wish lists. Hopefully that one will be more streamlined.
Oh! And I think you can also mention what you're comfortable doing, like what fandoms say you're comfortable writing/drawing for.
