Sanders beats Hillary in Indiana!  Sort of shocking for the Clinton Campaign.

Trump beats Cruz in Indiana.  Cruz steps out of the presidential bid.  Katich stays in the race, though now Trump will get the delegates needed to be the nominee.

Trump had positive things to say of Cruz at a press conference after his win.  Cruz lashed out at Trump today, getting personal (As Trump always did).

Right now Trump is bashing John Kasich for talking with his mouth opening while eating a pancake for about 3 seconds.  He earlier made fun of him for eating pizza with a fork...  Trump then goes on to say, "Do you want a President who does that?"
How's that any worse than a President who once scarfed down double cheeseburgers in the Oval Office while an intern gobbled his knob under the desk, and was considered a god for it?

Lol which president was this? O_o

So Cruz seems to have dropped out of the race to pursue his dream as the Zodiac Killer. Kasich has also dropped out, I got no witty remark for him. Just Trump now.

Bill Clinton.  The answer is Billy Clinton. ;)

Yep, just Donald Trump now against two Democrats.

So now that Donald Trump is all who is left on the Republican side, it seems we won't have a contested convention.

Now all the worry lies with the Democrats.  Bernie Sanders is still beating Hillary Clinton in local races.  Up next on Tuesday is the Oregon and Kentucky primaries.  Bernie is expected to win in Oregon, though local reports are now showing Clinton could win in Oregon.  Kentucky is supposed to be a Clinton win, but a poll there now shows Sanders leading Clinton.

Clinton is 700 delegates away from Sanders due to her Super Delegates.  Without them, she is only 300 ahead.  Even still, is Clinton really who most Democrats want?  Is Clinton able to compete against the Republican or would Sanders be better?

Bernie Sanders wins in Oregon by a large margin, and Hillary is barely winning Kentucky.  I think it is safe to say she won though.

Even with the delegates Bernie keeps winning, he probably can not catch up to Hillary unless something happens to her, such as her email scandal.

Just about a two weeks ago, President Obama made fun of Republicans, saying they would have a contested convention.  Well, if Bernie's words are true, it will be the Democrats who have a contested election coming up.

Who knows how long Mr. Sanders plans to stay in.  He does claim he wants to be in till the convention.  It might force Clinton to maybe choose him as a running mate?  I know she does not want too, but there will be big pressure from the youth/Bernie supporters.  Already the young Bernie supporters tore up a Nevada convention hall when Hilary won their state after a quick change in results gave Hilary the win.

We are finishing up the west.  Today is Washington State's Primary.  This event is different then other state's because people can choose either Republican or Democrat (even though a Democratic caucus was held earlier and gave the win to Bernie), but they must choose a political faction.  The results for this state primary only count for the Republican party and is worth a sizable 44 delegates.  It should go to Donald Trump, but there are reports that at a state Republican event last week, the majority of people there were unhappy Ted Cruz supporters.  We will see how this translates after the votes are counted, which are done by mail.

Washington has both a presidential primary and a caucus system, but Democrats will ignore the results of Tuesday's primary, having chosen to continue to use the party caucus system to allocate their national convention delegates. U.S. Sen. Bernie Sanders handily won the Democratic caucuses in March.

Even though Donald Trump is the only candidate remaining in the GOP contest, John Kasich and Ted Cruz are still on the ballot because they suspended their campaigns after the ballots were printed. Ben Carson is still on the ballot because he never submitted a withdrawal of candidacy.

After Washington State, we have the last big stop; California.  That will be on June 7th and will give 452 delegates to the Democrat winner (highly skewed to keep establishment Democrats at top).  The Republicans have 172 delegates to fight for in the Golden State, which is a lot, but not skewed as as the Democratic race.  At this point, the race could be very messy for the Democratic candidates as they both could win right now.  Hilary has also rejected to debate Bernie Sanders on FOX, and says she will not attend.  This is the second time she has rejected a FOX News debate.  The first time, she caved and actually did the debate last minute with Sanders.  This time it is likely she will not cave and debate Sanders.

Washington State was interesting.  Donald Trump not only won Washington state’s primary in a landslide with around 76% of the statewide vote, but he won every single one of the 39 counties.  John Kasich got the next most votes around 15% with Ted Cruz getting around 10%.  So I think this was Trump's biggest victory ever.

On the Democrat side, we see how different primaries and caucuses are.  Washington had a caucus earlier this year and Sanders won.  Clinton won this primary in Washington with over 53 percent of the vote statewide and won more than 20 counties across the state. During March’s caucuses, Sanders won all 39 counties and picked up more than 70 percent of the caucus vote.  Washington State Democrats choose to ignore the primary vote by Democrats and only accept the caucus votes.

It is reported that more voters participated in the May primary, more than 650,000 voters who identify as Democrat. By comparison, under 500,000 voters who identify as Republican voted. Additional ballots will be counted today still in this state of over 7 million.

The difference in results will no doubt reignite the debate over caucus versus primary, as it should in all states still debating with this issue.

So next is a big lump of states and California on June 7th.

So based off what you guys have said, it seems like a PRIMARY is a more accurate way of seeing what your state wants, since people actually vote.  Not just representatives sent to a caucus.

It should be noted that Donald Trump has secured the delegates needed for nomination now.

There is also talk he wants to have a debate with Bernie Sanders.

So today is the last day of primary season and we got several states choosing their pic.

The Associated Press and many other news sources, CNN, ABC, MSNBC, NBC, all have said they will give the official win to Hillary Clinton.  This is a hours (a day before for the AP) any results have even been turned in.  California is a close race with either candidate winning.

Super delegates vote at the Democratic convention, so right now the Tumblr-verse of liberals and social justice warriors are really hoping that California can get the wide margin of victory Sanders had in Alaska and Washington caucus, so that those delegates can pledge to him instead of Clinton.  While this is highly unlikely, it is fun to watch Tumblr freak out.

FOX News has said they will not declare a winner until the ballots are counted, though it is likely Clinton will claim the nomination after the votes have been counted.

No, but every election has always been between a douche and a turd sandwich. It's always been picking the lesser of two evils, I feel.

While I would still probably pick Trump over the other two candidates, it doesn't mean I like him 100%. Just that he's the lesser of two evils. In my opinion at least. (Personally I think a Giant Douche is better than a Turd Sandwich).
