I noticed the creator of this game has been working on a ton of new art.  Makes me think they are preparing for the next game.  Please, if you have not, post to the forum linked to have sneeze content in the game.  They said they are open to all Kinks and fetishes.

Unexpectedly, FRIENDSHIP WITH BENEFITS 2 has released on Steam with over 25 unique friendships.  The game released on April 10, 2025.

It is being met with positive reviews with people really liking it.  I will get it eventually.   Just not right away.  Don't have time to play.
