So you think we will get Colorado this year? Would they really release an ATS and ETS2 DLC within a few months of one another?
Well, I don’t see any reason to push the second map expansion to the next year. The team is growing, the lockdown didn’t slow down the development (as we see from
SCS’s activity in April-July), so I see a good chance to get the
Colorado DLC in early November, and
Iberia in late November or early December (three of four latest map expansions for ETS came out at same day — December, 5). And DLC are not the only upgrades — they are constantly reworking some old parts of the map (in small portions, but it’s better than nothing) and adding new trailers — as the comments for these
two screenshots from one of the latest posts say, you can see the lowboy trailer in 3- and 4-axle configuration, which could mean these trailers will be reworked or even made buyable.
(wishful thinking ahead)Since 1.32 all trailers we can buy shared the same wheels, but the lowboy’s wheels are smaller. So, adding the lowboys to list of buyable trailers will open the road (to players garage
) for another trailers with small wheels such as stepdeck curtainsiders and dryvans.
